After frustration with getting upsells from chains, and unauthorized services and parts, I decided to give these folks a try. I have two Hyundai vehicles. The Sonata I initially took in because Kaufmann tires said that I had two bad tires that needed immediate replacement. I brought the Sonata over here for a second opinion. Ed's opinion was that the tires were deteriorating, but it wasn't a pressing issue. Finally I had them replaced, and Ed took care of it and discounted the price somewhat from his original quote. A few months later the check engine light was coming on. Auto Zone put the meter on, but it only stated a system, and not a specific part, problem. So I took the car over to Ed again. He stated that it was the canister close valve, and replaced it. Again, he dropped the price somewhat from his original quote. I checked the price for the part online, and it is $52. His charge for the part was $63. So, unlike a dealer, not significantly overpriced. So far, the vehicle is getting significantly better MPG. And no check engine light yet. Although it has only been a week since the work was done. All in all, I have not had any issues from this service site, and I would recommend it to others.

Outstanding customer service. I had a tune up (plugs and wires) on my 2006 equinox. The price was $324 which was reasonable compared to other shops. I went in for the quote and dropped my car off overnight. They finished in a timely manner the next morning and promptly gave me a call to come pick it up. When I got home, my husband lift the hood and found they left the motor cover off, I called them, then went back the next morning before work. They apologized for the mistake, found the cover, and put it on. Other than that, a good experience.

This is supposed to be a AAA shop. I chose not to have the repair done here because of the exact reason the last reviewer gave. A big deal was made of a much smaller problem. I had the repairs done elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.

My car broke down while on vacation. AAA recommended this shop and they had my car running in two days. I live about 500 miles away and the car experienced the same problem (faulty fuel pump) 7 months after the repair, had it replaced in my hometown and sent the bill to them. They reimbursed the new repairs and honored their warranty.
