I got stuck near there, and Edgar the owner helped me, he went to where I was and helped me get a cheap tow truck, then we took the truck to his yard, and he let me stay that night in the yard, then I The truck was parked there for 15 days, until I was able to return for it, I am very grateful to them, I was out of business, but they helped me there and I am very grateful to them.

Absolutely the worst shop I've been to. Seemed ok the first time I went, even though there were a few things I ignored. Then I was told to come in on the 2nd of January, 2023, got there at 0730 and they decided to close the shop that day. No call to let me know. After I got there a few days later, I waited 8 hrs to get a 3 axle alignment, truing of the steers, and balancing all the way around. I get the truck home after dark, go to handwash it a few days later, and see all sorts of things that were forgotten or not done. The truing (shaving down tires to the wear pattern and thus saving the tires) completely ruined my steers. They had 40,000 miles on them with lots of tread remaining, and when I checked them at home, they had shaved them down to the line that makes them almost illegal to run. They are now ruined. The exhaust was welded to close a hole, and it was never sanded down and looked horrible, and when they unhooked the batteries before welding, they didn't hook my inverter back up. Valve stems were missing on almost all of my tires, and the back drive tire wasn't aligned properly so I could administer air to the inside tire. The guys seemed to be nice that were doing the work, but the work just wasn't done professionally. I sat for 8 hours and paid $808. I brought the truck back the next week, spoke with the owner (Scott) on the phone, and the shop foreman (Dylan). And had an interaction with the front desk clerk as well. Was I unhappy at that point, well, yes. When you look at the truing job, you can see unevenness, shards of rubber sticking up and no more tread. So I lost out on $1600 plus $808 that day. And was told to get off the property, and cussed at by the clerk inside. And Dylan told me i was a woman, and what the hell do i know about repairs?! Ive only been in business for 30 years and have owned 15 trucks thruout my career. The owner doesn't stand up for botched work and lied to me. Bottom line, if you don't like to be treated bad, and you value good work, this isn't the place for you. I took my truck to a well known shop around the corner to have them look at the truing job done, and the were flabbergasted at how much tread they took off, because they saw my tires before I went to Extreme. This shop used to true my tires, but don't have a machine anymore. So I've known them for 25 years, and they are very honest people. The owner at Extreme told me to get off the lot as did Dylan, the shop foreman. And so did the lady at the front desk. I was told they don't need my business, and don't come back. I will certainly honor that request. I've paid up front the two times I've been there, and was also going to buy 7 inch pipes, but no one called me back with a pricing. Lack of customer service and treating people like this, good luck. God bless you in your endeavors.
