Went through wash today and vehicle was covered in soap suds when I came out. Spoke with owner, who was really pompous and explained that the first time I was there, the wash shut down and everyone was stranded and I almost ran into the car in front of me. He explained that someone probably stopped at the end of the wash and caused it to shut down and that it wasn’t their fault. I was told that I should have wiped off my car with one of their towels and I explained that I’ve never had to wipe down a car before at any other wash and I was promptly told that I should probably go there. He then asked me what I wanted to do and I told him I wanted another wash and he reluctantly put me back through..a$10 wash…?? I’ve read a lot of reviews tonight and it appears that the same complaints keep popping up..dirty cars, wash stopping and cars slamming into each other and then the owner being rude. This guy has no business running a business, lies consistently, and takes no responsibility for this joke of a car wash. I highly recommend you don’t go here. I’ve never seen such bullshit and the place needs to be shut down..!

It was a great car wash for me. Till I paid $16 and wanted tire shine. After it went through. I noticed no tire shine. Talk to manager. And he said my wheels were too wide. That's why no tire shine But I was waiting from the MANAGER to offer my credit back. Since no tire shine was on. no one said anything before I paid. Bad customer service. Need better customer service and training.

Basic car wash did not clean even easy spots on my car.
Never ever deal with this location.

My experience with this car wash has been absolutely excellent. I’ve been a member for the past three years and just upped my membership when I got a new car. This place is awesome! My car is always clean, the vacuum cleaners always work, and anytime I have had interaction with staff they are professional and friendly! This is the best car wash in Gainesville!

After reading bad review, but needing a quick rinse off, I went for the $5 which turned out to be $8 lowest price wash. I think my SUV was cleaned but the truck in front of me still had suds on it when we went to pull out.

One of the best places I have had my car washed. Most places leave the wheels dirty and dirt in random places. This did the best automated washes I have had on my work truck.

This is hands down the worst quality "wash" in the area. I don't recommend spending any more than the $5 wash to get dust off because that's all it's worth. Pictures are of my vehicle after the $15 wash. As you can see, the truck is still dirty. And no, I didn't bring it in caked with mud, this is literally just road grime from the previous day's rain. Any decent place would actually wash the vehicle, and they want you to BUY a towel. This place is seriously lacking a decent system. Sure it's "express", but if you pay $30 for a wash, you'd expect your car to come out clean.

Employee doesn't know how to take off a antenna (damaged and bent). Butt looking through the reviews it doesn't matter to say anything anyway because the employer is going to blame the customer.
