Customer service at this Branch was absolutely distorted! My husband and I went in to get assistance on a SBA LOAN and the customer service representative told us that we had to call to apply which was a Bold faced lie! We called the number to find out that we had to apply from the Branch. Sadly it made us feel like we we're being racially profiled. However this isn't the first time at this Branch that we didn't get the Help that we needed!!

WELLS FARGO NEEDS TO REOPEN THIS BRANCH TO MORE THAN JUST DRIVE THRU!!!! YOU CLOSED THE NEW HOLLAND BRANCH ENTIRELY AND WE NEED ACCESS ON THIS SIDE OF GAINESVILLE!!!!

I got audited from the IRS and needed some check images from my bank. Mr. Q. Wang was the one who help me with my situation. I had to have at least 150 check images printed and each one had to be clicked on to print. Thank you Mr. Wang for your patience with me. Maria Stowers

The black lady (Debbie on my receipt)working the drive thru window is very unprofessional and rude. Every month I use the drive thru to get a money order. On several occasions she’s asked “can you not come inside and do this” “we don’t like doing that at the window” . The audacity of her to tell me how to receive MY money. Customer service classes are very much needed.
