We met with Stephanie Broxton who was able to slip us in to complete some time sensitive wire business. She was quite possibly the most professional and efficient banker I have dealt with in years! Such an asset to Wells Fargo. Much praise.

Customer service at this Branch was absolutely distorted! My husband and I went in to get assistance on a SBA LOAN and the customer service representative told us that we had to call to apply which was a Bold faced lie! We called the number to find out that we had to apply from the Branch. Sadly it made us feel like we we're being racially profiled. However this isn't the first time at this Branch that we didn't get the Help that we needed!!

The black lady (Debbie on my receipt)working the drive thru window is very unprofessional and rude. Every month I use the drive thru to get a money order. On several occasions she’s asked “can you not come inside and do this” “we don’t like doing that at the window” . The audacity of her to tell me how to receive MY money. Customer service classes are very much needed.

Bad customer service.Made an appointment to get info on a FHA and was told they didn’t do them they only did personal loans then was told why I didn’t go online and just do it and then was left there and told to do it on my phone because they actually do do them lol what was the point of making the appointment if I wanted to do it online I would have .
