I followed directions exactly for returning a FedEx package and was berated almost immediately upon entering the Walgreens. The person behind the counter said, “ we are just a drop off center and not a packaging center”, but her, nor the other employee, would explain what exactly I did wrong. I was told to 1. Reuse the original packaging (which I did) 2. Take it to the Walgreens and 3. Show them the QR code (no printing necessary!) (which I also did). It was the worst return I have ever experienced. They did take the package, but the guy wouldn’t even look at me nor explain why they were so put out with me. At the end of the day, there was no reason whatsoever to have been so rude to me. I asked what I did wrong and if I needed to take the package somewhere else and they wouldn’t even respond to my inquiries.

I dropped off a prescription with Walgreens on Saturday to be filled today which is a Wednesday. I called this morning to ask when the prescription would be available and they said after 11. I showed up just after 11 to pick it up and they told me the prescription was on hold for the pharmacy manager. I asked why and they said the pharmacist has a personal problem with the doctor and he is unable to fill the prescription. I told them that they filled this very medicine last month and she said I understand but this pharmacy has a problem with the doctor and I would have to talk with the pharmacy manager. I politely asked for them to give me the prescription back and I left .This pharmacy didn’t even bother calling me to tell me there was a problem after I called at 9 this morning to ask when it would be ready. They decided to make me wait the two hours and only told me when I arrived that this was a problem. This is a terrible pharmacy with terrible customer service. I will never go back and I will certainly not recommend them to anyone else. I was not rude to the pharmacy despite their conduct. I simply got the prescription back and took it elsewhere.

Had an appointment for a flu shot at 2:15. First one there after their lunch break. Left at 2:45 without the shot. Ridiculous

Scheduled 3 vaccines a week in advance. They didn't have covid (most important one), said I was over the age limit for one, and was tryi g to figure iut of the could do the hepatitis vaccine. We left with no vaccines. We won't be back to a walgreens location

The pharmacy folks have always been good to us but tonight, Jamie was just top notch. She had a great attitude, was very efficient and just a pleasure to deal with since so many folks today in retail dread their job.Tell the district manager to give her a big raise and keep hiring folks like her!

Do not go here. They will make you wait and then tell you they can't do the vaccine today and that you will need to reschedule after being rescheduled prior.

I bought some $20 falsescara lashes from yall and the remover for work and it burned my eyes i could barely open them and when I went to take them off with the remover, it ripped some of my eyelashes off.

After years of trying to use this pharmacy, they are the worst. Everyone to the actual pharmacist is rude. We have Military Tricare. This is the only place who consistently says we are not covered.
