Not a great store. Always changing managers, no consistency in sales people. Store closed while parked in place waiting on order, Manager said, "What do you want me to say, 'I'm sorry?'" Which he wasn't...I will not go to back.

Bought a pair of ear pods a couple of weeks ago ago and paid cash, the right one quit working the third time I used them, when I talked with the salesperson she said I couldn't bring them back without a receipt, which I had thrown away. So I am stuck with a new pair of earpods that only one works. What bad service!! Just wanted to exchange.

Went in for help with something prepaid related. They let me know they couldn't service it and gave me some alternative locations to try.

I went to ask about service issues/no service at work and was treated extremely rude by associate Jessica, who refused to tell me her name, crossed her arms over her name tag and I had to get the manager Daniel to tell me her name. Daniel was absolutely no help and provided me with. O options. I will be leaving Verizon when my contract is up.

Deborah was amazing she helped us finish our online approval in store. She took 2 hours out of her day to make sure we were taken care of,. She went above and beyond and we left the store happy!! Thats dedication to your customers.

We came in to the Gainesville Verizon store with some problems on our account. The manager Daniel, corrected the issues, then gave us a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was working. This was greatly appreciated. It's so rare to find good customer service these days.

These guys were once great. They haven't been great in a long time though. The coverage Verizon gives you is now possibly the worst available.. DO NOT USE THEM I'd say you could pick any other carrier and possibly be a better choice than them.

After a wait of over 45 minutes and the manager helping 2 other customers that came in after we finally got waited on. We were going to buy 2 phones and thought we could have help setting them up the man said he could give us a app for us to do. Even though he helped a man set up his I pad, and another employee helped set a another customer out setting up her phone. He said we could buy our phones at Best Buy and they would help set up our phones. N0T. We have a pre paid policy. The man before us said he would not be back if he was still there. I totally agree.

I am so done with Verizon wireless after 16 years of phone service. The reps at this location have zero interest in assisting someone on a family plan, even with verbal authorization from the account owner when Verizon added an additional $41 charge to my phone line TWO MONTHS IN A ROW. I just want to know WHY. Rep just want to state that "legally I can't..." blah blah blah without jumping through hoops of "authorization" through their "customer service" hotline. I will be looking for a new provider ASAP and I will make sure that all 5 unlimited phone lines on the Verizon family plan transfer to a new provider.

Went there today and wasn't impressed with the service at all. It used to be that everyone at the location was very friendly and eager to take care of the customer, even going above and beyond to make the experience a good one.Today, it was just the opposite. My wife had to get a replacement phone and they sent us on our way without even switching over the SIM card from the old phone to the new one. It's almost like once they have your money, and you have been handed your device that's still in the box, you have to move quick so the door doesn't hit you in the posterior end.It wasn't like there was even any other customers in the store. Maybe that's why? Everyone is figuring out how bad the customer service is now?I still can't get over them not even switching over the SIM card and making sure everything works as it should before sending us off.I do have to add that we were the last customer of the day before closing. Even so, that isn't an excuse for the lack of customer service when we pay for top-tier premium cellular service. There's plenty of other providers out there that are more than happy to have 7 subscribers switch over.UPDATE :Ok, just realized that the new phone had its own SIM card that was already activated. So my review still stands for the most part because all of this should have been explained by the representative and it should be in print just in case something is forgotten.
