Staff seemed to have more patience than I’d be able to have for their customers. That’s appreciated. I understand that they can’t help people with a myriad of questions or more complex needs. A recommendation I have is a sign-in sheet that way they know the order that customers come in. Today all staff was busy. We waited for about fifteen minutes which is when a young couple walked in. We waited five more. A staff member then approached this couple and asked them what he could help them with. He started taking care of them rather than ask who was next. I noticed an elderly couple sitting, waiting as patiently, but they were also completely disregarded and they were there before us for who knows how long. A bit frustrated. If you’re in a rush, I would discourage stopping by at this location.

BE CAREFUL! They don't honor their posted prices. The staff is helpful, but management seems to be predatory with bait-and-switch pricing. Case In Point: a JBL speaker was listed as a sale item, but when trying to purchase, they stated they wouldn't honor their posted price. SHAME ON YOU, Verizon. DO BETTER!

I can in today like around @1:40 pm &’ left around 2:something pm
Literally waste my time and energy because I thought they would be able to help since there customer service wasn’t any help at all or didn’t understand as I was literally explaining myself over &’ over again... sadly i am stuck with this company for now… I will no longer use version anymore because they said this and that just change other subject… and as I left disappointed I also lost my money as soon as I realized it came in rushing if anyone found it since there wasn’t as busy there was 3 customers plus me &’ mother, in a lady that came in to drop off food from door dash or etc.. & the 3 employees.. “ I believe “ i was help by someone name David.. I am not assuming nothing but at least someone had to see something… at the end “ nobody “ did as I thought…

Not a great store. Always changing managers, no consistency in sales people. Store closed while parked in place waiting on order, Manager said, "What do you want me to say, 'I'm sorry?'" Which he wasn't...I will not go to back.

Bought a pair of ear pods a couple of weeks ago ago and paid cash, the right one quit working the third time I used them, when I talked with the salesperson she said I couldn't bring them back without a receipt, which I had thrown away. So I am stuck with a new pair of earpods that only one works. What bad service!! Just wanted to exchange.

I went to ask about service issues/no service at work and was treated extremely rude by associate Jessica, who refused to tell me her name, crossed her arms over her name tag and I had to get the manager Daniel to tell me her name. Daniel was absolutely no help and provided me with. O options. I will be leaving Verizon when my contract is up.
