When I see this office handles my deliveries of packages I literally cringe! They document they deliver them,”in my mailbox or on my front porch.” They are delivered across town or some never found. As I type UPS had transferred my package to USPS last week it came from China. The delivery went smooth until this office laid their hands in it! I’m AGAIN looking for my package that was,”delivered on my porch.” My cameras at my home show NO ONE coming down my driveway or anywhere else near my home during their so called delivery time !

I had a package bounce between 3 different usps centers, called them and they said it was my fault and the shippers fault because my address doesn't exist. They've been delivering to my house for the last 40 years, yet they tell me that is not my address. I say it is my address, they tell me I'm wrong. It's been bouncing for 5 MONTHS and they still say it's because the address on the label is wrong, it's NOT WRONG, that IS my address. Then they say it isn't in their system, yet I get mail from them every day. It's lost in the system, amd I told them I want to claim the insurance on the package and get a refund. They told me that would cost $30, which is half the price of my package. I've been in touch with customer service many times on the phone and they keep saying the issue is resolved because on the website it says "package in transit to next destination" yet it keeps bouncing. Worst customer service and workers I've dealt with, and that says something

I had a “delivered” package a few months ago. We never got it. Gave it another shot and ordered a few things. Figured it wouldn’t happen again. Nope. Two separate packages in a week are “delivered” but missing. They never call you back. They don’t care. It’s not their stuff. I’m going to likely file a police report about it because three packages missing is insane.

DO NOT SHIP THROUGH USPS1 star is honestly too high of a rating. Something was delivered 2 days ago then returned immediately, not held for 10 days like theyre supposed to. I went to 4 locations to find it and then they would not even give me my own package when I did find it. Worst shipping, govt is absolutely useless

No one will ever answer the phone. After calling over and over they might leave you a message giving you misinformation. I’m still missing my package two weeks after it was supposed to be delivered.Update!! Months and still missing a package, and yet another is now missing.

Packages stolen cause driver doesn't care about his job and is most likely lazy with unstable work history. Post office refuses to acknowledge complaints.

My experience with this office was very pleasant. My phone call was answered swiftly (10:49am) and the USPS representative that answered "Bernie" could not have been nicer or more helpful. She took a lot of time out of her already busy day to help me resolve an issue with a shipment delivered to the wrong address. She also placed a follow up call to me regarding the shipment as more information about the tracking became available. Thank you Bernie, you were wonderful!

Driver routinely leaves things on the ground, won't come to the door and leaves "we missed you" letters in the mailbox. However, a phone call to this location earned me a personalized courier to bring a missed package. Very thankful for that assistance!

As with the other reviews. This location has a bunch of adult children that get their rocks off messing with people businesses & lives. They already won’t deliver important mail with things I need to run my business & pay the bills, it’s costed me hundreds of dollars, but atleast I don’t have a mailbox or yard Karen can destroy like she has done to others in the community knowing there won’t be any consequences & her job will never be in jeopardy. It’s a sad sad joke, I just have to remind myself life on earth means nothing, it’s unprofessional, inconsiderate & beyond inconvenient, but somebody needs to pray for these people …they clearly decided where they want to go after this ☺️

This is a carrier annex, not a normal retail post office ( no stamps or sending mail). They do have limited customer hours to give out mail being held and help with postal problems. Our priority mail made it from Florida to Atlanta in 6 hours then apparently got caught in an endless loop in Atlanta ( departed the Atlanta network distribution center 3 times in 48 hours) The general delivery post office we sent it to said the address was our Florida address, so threw up their hands, but did send us here for more help. Alexis and Richard both know the system and how to investigate, were able to confirm the correct address, and give us hope it will finally be delivered. They were both courteous and efficient, a credit to the Post office. I've had my issues with the post office, but these guys are good!

I have put in to have a person's mail to STOP delivering at my house yet they still putting this person's mail in my mailbox!!!! Not only that but any important mail im looking for never get!!!!! I'm telling you the most high will get whoever is tampering with my mail I pray the most high punish this place and the people who are stealing 10 fold!!! I put that prayer psalms 109, I'm going to leave it in Yahawah hands all praises to the most high.

I'll come back and eat my words if I need to, but so far I get all my mail, the woman who delivers it is nice enough, and on-location I appreciate the in-and-out nature of dropping packages off to be shipped.
