If I could give this visit zero stars, I would. I walked in at the last minute. I will gladly admit that. The woman behind the counter did not say one word to me as she was helping another customer. I had picked up a mailer and was stuffing my item in it when she started telling me they were closed and she was not gonna argue about it. She was extremely combative and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. Finally she asked if my package was ready, and I informed her that I needed a label printed. She started again and told me they were closed, I wasn't ready and she wasn’t gonna argue with me about it. Her other customer was STILL standing at the counter. She was still yelling at me. So I raised my voice and said, “who are you?” She yelled at me that she was Regina Church or something like that. She had shoulder length blonde hair, probably 55 years old. At the same time, she told me that it was 4:35 and they were closed and she wasn’t going to argue with me.
I walked up to the counter and sat my package on the counter. I had my QR code ready to scan. She gritted her teeth, picked up my package and slung it across the counter and onto the floor. Then she closed the gate on me. I walked away looking for a phone number to call and then realized it was just then 4:35. I was so angry that I yelled her name and told her she had lied to me about the time and that she had been very rude. She OPENED THE DOOR FROM THE BACK and came out to yell at me even more. I asked her multiple times to just “wait a minute”, hoping she would calm down. She yelled in a fit of rage that she wasn’t going to wait a minute and then proceeded to flip me off. Yes she shot a bird at me, raised her middle finger in very intense anger/rage at me.
I hope someone goes back and watches the video. This woman, Regina Whoever, DOES NOT NEED TO BE WORKING THERE. She’ll be the next to “Go postal!”

I mailed about 15 books media mail and this post office lost 2! Two out of 15!! Lost!!! They were scanned in and never left the post office theft or gross incompetence by the staff. I have never had such horrible service from USPS. Deeply disappointed.

Zero stars. ** Worst customer service ever. The girl working in the front sitting down was helpless & extremely rude, with a nasty attitude. I asked her if I could see the boxes for international shipment & she just pointed straight in a general direction instead of guiding me to where they were. All I was trying to do was send a small gift to my husband living in Sweden & see how big I needed the box to be, all well as looking at prices. If you are unhappy with your job, there are plenty of other jobs the U.S has to offer. What a poor experience. U.S post office you need to rearrange your staff immediately. I did not catch her name but I will definitely not be returning to this location.

Broke my mailbox handle then have been holding my mail until we fix it. Bought the house with the mailbox falling over they complained, bought a mailbox kit from home depot, they claimed it was too short. Fixed for the 2nd time, neighbor smashed mailbox, complained our mailbox was on the ground... We were waiting for the neighbor to fix. Now here we are and Karen, yes her name is Karen is holding our mail until the handle is fixed. Didn't know delivering the mail was so hard, thank you for adding un-needed stress for no reason. Oh and I have covid so I cant even go get a replacement handle and they are going to return our mail to sender, thanks Karen. Worst postal service ever.

They never attempt to actually deliver a certified package or letter. They always just leave a note in my mailbox.

Everything they don't know, they tell you, "go to the Green Street Post Office and ask them! " Green Street in turn sendd you somewhere else!

Year 2019 February is presidents day on a Monday. Federal agencies can choose to not be open on that day. The county marshall was working that day. Sometimes not even schools or the banks are open on presidents day. This post office had everything I needed the next day after presidents day.

Tracking shows delivery for Monday by end of day.Today is Tuesday Feb.19 , after 10:30 pm . tracking shows it is on the USPS mail truck and out for delivery . No package , got bills but no package ... maybe tomorrow .

They are constantly losing , misplacing and causing delays with my packages. Out of 5 deliveries 2 are late and 1 never comes. The tracking number says Gainesville has had my package for two days with no updates since midnight . Frustrating

I absolutely love the staff at this usps store. Brad and Lisa are always sweet and so very helpful.. .Makes my visit to the store very pleasant and always so happy to return.
