I was very excited to find a new hairstylist in the Gainsville area. However, every time I’ve tried to make an appointment, Drew can never seem to make it and has rescheduled me about five times for one appointment. This is not good business relations. I’m over all the excuses. I have a career and I have to go to work every day at certain times to fulfill my commitment to other people and when I schedule an appointment, I expect the same treatment from a business owner.I’m not at all pleased with the way that I have been treated by Urbain Hair Studio in Gainesville Georgia. I would not recommend this business to anyone due to the fact that the owner does not abide by good work ethic.

I am new to the area and finding a salon is a scary thing. But Kristi gave me great highlights and a great cut! I was going from really long hair to a bob and I was really nervous but she did great! I highly recommend her!!! Thanks again!

Wandered in as a walk in, looking for something different . Shirley, Drew and I talked about ideas. I was totally happy with everything and how it turned out . I would say this is the best highlights/lowlights Job that’s i have ever had . I was way over due . I will definitely go back . Thanks Girls for making my hair look great again.

Update on April 4 2019! Drew the owner called me the day after my initial review (below) said she would fix my hair for me at no charge! I also asked what the extra charge was for and was told Michelle did realize after I left and it was brought to her attention they over charged me. So Drew schedule an appointment for March 8th she called me had to reschedule, it was then rescheduled for March 15 I was in Gainesville awaiting my appointment and I get a phone call from her ne

Horrible experience. Very unprofessional. Brings personal business to work Hair extensions fall out the first week Drew puts them in. Called and text numerous times to resolve the issue with no response or return call back. Regret I ever stepped foot in that place.
