I have to get to work. Store hours states opens at 8:00 am. Person didn't arrive until a little after 8:00 then took quite a while before opening the doors for us to get in. Their opening time needs to state 8:10. I wouldn't have waited.

A 1 star is an overstatement. Been here multiple times and the employees are rude. Not just to me but even other customers. Glad there is a new location on Thomas Bridge. Never going back. They are unhappy, and rude. They need to be forced to sell their location.

The older lady is probably the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She acts like she is not getting paid to be there. I paid UPS over a 100 dollars to ship my package overnight and they failed to do so. I came back requesting a refund. 5 days later and still no refund and no package. The lady said I am not the only person that is waiting and other rude things. Is this common occurrence that happens with UPS? She needs to take some training classes for her customers services.

The store smelled like rotting food and the woman scolded me for not sealing the box properly even though every other store I’ve been to has been happy to help and seal my packages.

Had an Amazon return with qr code that said no box needed. I brought the original box just to be nice, and she said I had to buy tape for $6. When I told her that I had a no box needed qr code she said that Amazon doesn't do that anymore even though a printout posted in the store still shows it. Called Amazon and they said she is wrong. If you have a no box needed, you don't need to pack or pay anything.

I brought a medium sized box in to this store to ship it to Texas. The contents did not weigh very much yet I was charged over $60 to ship it. This is ridiculous!!!!!

Worst Customer Service. MANJU was very rude to me, my co-worker and an older woman who needed assistance with an amazon return. When i told her she didn’t need to be rude to her customers she told me i was being rude when all i went in there for was to get a paper notarized and the man did it wrong that i had to go again to get it re-done.

I came in here to get help packing up a laptop that I was submitting to my employer. My employer paid for the UPS box + shipping label, so all I had to do was pack it up + drop it off at the location, but I wanted their help to make sure it was packaged securely so that the laptop wouldn't get damaged.The woman at the counter used 1 strip of tape to seal the box, and I asked her if she could add some more tape just to be safe. She said it was my job to do that, that their job is just to mail it....I'm sorry, I thought I was at a mail center and not Walmart.
