On 10 May 2024 around 5pm I went to mail my returns.. I’ve experienced and witnessed the clerks speaking very rude to multiple clients including myself. My experience was horrible; poor customer services; the clerks act like they don’t want to work made it their duty to belittle people instead of making people feel invited.. This place has bad reviews for a reason. This location is terrible. They lost my package, a drone going to dji. The UPS store support was awful. The guy at the counter failed to give me a drop off receipt. Thankfully it showed it was dropped off and luckily my drone company broke protocol and sent me a new one. It was DJI and what a great company and support, unlike this location. The employees were rude and offered little help and quickly ended my phone call. Absolutely a terrible store. I will never come here again, EVER! Go someplace that is organized and cares

$50 to ship to a 3lbs box to a Post Office box in Oregon! I completely forgot there was a post office right up the road. When I went in to ask for a refund they said they weren't able to because they already created the USPS shipping label and were charged for it. Horrible policy and terrible customer service.

They will charge you $2 just for one piece of tape or sell you an overpriced tape, Custome service is terrible, I will never come back to this ups ever again, they would gain more customers by being friendly.

I have to get to work. Store hours states opens at 8:00 am. Person didn't arrive until a little after 8:00 then took quite a while before opening the doors for us to get in. Their opening time needs to state 8:10. I wouldn't have waited.

A 1 star is an overstatement. Been here multiple times and the employees are rude. Not just to me but even other customers. Glad there is a new location on Thomas Bridge. Never going back. They are unhappy, and rude. They need to be forced to sell their location.

The older lady is probably the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She acts like she is not getting paid to be there. I paid UPS over a 100 dollars to ship my package overnight and they failed to do so. I came back requesting a refund. 5 days later and still no refund and no package. The lady said I am not the only person that is waiting and other rude things. Is this common occurrence that happens with UPS? She needs to take some training classes for her customers services.

The store smelled like rotting food and the woman scolded me for not sealing the box properly even though every other store I’ve been to has been happy to help and seal my packages.
