KRISTA IS SO AMAZING
She was super helpful and helped resolve the issue I was having cashing my check for loss of my vehicle.
The other bank on Thompson Bridge road through the same Bank branch was NOT so great, but I jumped in my car, come right over here to Jesse Jewell location and KRISTA couldn't have been more helpful and I'm happy as ever. God BLESS YOU KRISTA I'm grateful for your smile and experience. Thank you ?

It was horrible. I was lied to before I opened an account. Alonso told me something completely different than what I was told after I opened the account. It's not easy for me to even get out because I have terminal stage 4 lung and brain cancer, and I even showed them a letter stating that I have 6 months or less to live. I even got the paperwork to have all my VA and social security sent directly to direct deposit but I will never do this now. The first guy who helped me open the account was great, but it went down hill from there. I also dealt with a lady to finish up what I needed and she was very rude as well. Most likely I will be closing this account. Never have had bad service from any bank ever
