Everytime I go there’s always something up, this time was extremely horrible, I went yesterday picked up a hair product, they didn’t have them on the floor so I had to search for a worker asked her she finally came back out after 15 mins with what I needed I payed left and didn’t think nothing of it until this morning I go to open the box, it’s already opened, brush was come ply frayed from looks like somebody using it and returning it, looking more into the box there is no warranty or paperwork nothing cord wasn’t even wrapped up, so I called this store, first of all otp for 1 hour to try and figure this out and again this isn’t the first time an employee has sold me used products again I paid 80 for this product and for this to be the case was disrespectful, she could have told me they didn’t have anymore or something better than trying to meet her goals, ended up speaking to the lady who sold me the faulty and then gaslight me about she thought it was new, first of all weird you don’t keep your products on the floor first off, then acting like this isn’t a lawsuit because you sold something used, honestly I would just stick with Sephora because you never know here if your getting something used. Also this manager of the store that did this yeah district needs to be listening because I’ve now had to call twice about this store and either the gm needs to rethink who should and shouldn’t be a manager, this could have been worst there are safety issues and concerns with employees selling used products!!!

I love shopping at Ulta! However, I will point out that 2 times I have overheard the staff gossiping about one another in their back room (I guess) from the hair department in the back of the store! It is truly a shame they are so unkind to one another. I find that very unprofessional and sad.

cant really walk in anywhere anymore. gotta have some rude employees making it difficult for someone.it’s sad employees can’t just do their job??? you’re 50 and in retail?????? and you’re mad??? cool. i’ll just buy online.

I really don’t want to complain about this but I was there a few weeks ago and this one girl showed me how to do my brows. She suggested that I buy Estée Lauder 3D brow perfect..I bought it and the following day I use google to and seen the product wasn’t recommended because it breaks. I felt as if the only reason she sold me that is because she knew I didn’t know the product would break I paid all $38 for this. Now I have an eye pen I’m afraid to use because it is known to break. What do I do????

This was by far the best Ulta I have been to. The team they have working here is so helpful and genuine. We had multiple women approach us and start up a conversation. They were so kind and just genuinely want to help you find the products that are best for you. They were knowledgeable about their products and gave me excellent advice on what products to use. I will definitely be using this Ulta from now on. I just loved how they all seemed to love their job and love talking to other women and helping them feel beautiful. Very grateful to all you ladies at the Gainesville Ulta! ❤️

Went in for some shampoo to fix my damaged hair, salon stylist Vanessa helped me out. She was super nice and informative. Store is really clean. There's literally so many hair care products out there online and in store so for me it was really overwhelming to try and figure out what would be the best product for me so I was really glad she took the time to help.

I LOVE this Ulta ✨?.!My cosmetologist there is the best .!And gotta give a shout out to the lovely lady who works the brow bar and keeps my brows looking great .!*Most* of the beauty associates do have a firm grasp of the products and how to assist you properly with your needs.They could use more help up front (cash register area).But other than that, everyone there is very nice, *mostly* knowledgeable, and just a pleasant experience all around. :):).

I walked in looking for a product had 3 people follow me all over the store & when I actually needed help couldn't find not one person to help me! Guess I'll be driving a little further to go to a different Ulta..

Employees go out of their way not to help you and only talk to you to let you know not to open a product because it's not a tester. Worst customer service. This is why I shop online.
