Wow!!! Been following Tribe truck (trailer #87738) for many many miles. The driver is fantastic. He/she is consistent, has a nice pace, courteous to other vehicles, straight as an arrow. Simply a pleasure to see.

Funny how a broker wants you to pick up a load but won’t answer their phone. I’ve attempted 3 calls, been on hold 10min, 16 min , & 34min and counting. If you have freight for pick up you should have individuals willing to answer a phone, especially when all I need is a pick up number….no number, no freight picked up

We are a carrier that did a load with Tribe, booked the load with guy by name Luis Sanabria. The load was suppose to be pick and deliver straight and it ended up to be a 5 days layover and this guy Luis kept ignoring emails 0 updates from them regarding the load and was waiting until 10 minutes prior leaving the office to send us revised RC with new appointment. Originally was supposed to deliver Thursday 10/12 and they decided to keep our driver hostage until 10/17...STAY OUT OF THESE BROKERS THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER WITH YOUR DRIVERS

This company is trash! My husband has worked here for months and in the beginning he made money and upon his departure he would make close to 10/15,000 per week and come home with no paycheck. The lady who does the calculations for the owner operators doesn’t know what she’s doing and the people in the office doesn’t know either how she comes up with her calculations… he has asked profusely for a derferment and to no avail. Imagine 6 truck payments being taken from you one week and the following 5, in total for a month in a half 18 truck payments taken from him. How is a person supposed to live, Mr. Hooch and the office workers only care for themselves, DONT WORK HERE!!

Really terrible company to haul a load for. They lied about my appointment time and got me there 7 hours early and Kayla Watson refuses to pick up my call telling other agents to inform me she’s on a lunch break. 3 hours lunch break! Will make sure the facility manager and other higher ups at Sam’s Club DC in Taylor, PA know how terrible this company is.

Very professional company that I've been accepted as a team member not just a truck driver I would turn many drivers on to the company if they are ready to become a team member... Great ? place to drive for.

Flew all the way to orientation and sat for 3 days; went to get a recovery which was trash and had no a/c- so I was put into another hotel for 3 days while the truck went back into the shop, YET- there were trucks at the yard in Gainesville all along- the communication sucks at Tribe

Ran into the gorgeous woman that drives truck 748 at Coke in Auburndale Florida. If I did not drive my own rig I would come to Tribe just to run into that fine woman. If you see this Miss 748 give Big Daddy Mitch a holler baby

I'm not going to give my experience but tell you what to expect when coming to this company starting off especially to those looking to lease a truck from Tribe (Cherokee National CN ) you will have to reimburse the company for your travel and lodging to orientation, yes you will have to pay all of that back, (lease drivers O/O only ) airline ticket, car rental also your hotel stay which could be at the Holiday Inn express or the Marriott pending on size of the class ( hotel stay can be from 3 to 4 nights or more pending)As of this date there are very few CN trucks available for lease so they are putting drivers in "rentals" at the sum of 1350 a week starting at the end of orientation (1350 a week covers basically maintenance you are still responsible for fuel etc..) these rental trucks are mainly the older fleet trucks but some drivers "very few " are lucky enough to get a newer "TE Tribe Express" trucks as a rental but you maybe also chosen to "recover" a unit which could be located pretty much anywhere in the country.,Either from a shop or a drivers home that has "left the company"There's also a back log of drivers waiting for CN trucks so the amount of time you'll spend in a "rental" is unknown ( they'll tell you 2 weeks)You are given a package before you get to orientation consisting of 25 videos and quizzes that must be completed before the end of orientationkey components are left out of orientation that should be actually taught such as their "omnitracs systems" and trans Flo some drivers may not know how to use these toolsYour lease truck ( and rental ) is assigned to you, there is no option for choice! it's what's available at the time! All trucks have APU systems ( make sure they are working after being assigned your unit along with everything else) the rest you'll see when you get hereGood luck!

I sorely dislike giving this review. However, those looking for a company to work for may find it useful.Ethical? I suppose it depends on who you ask.Honest? That too depend Personal experience:Delay in returning phone calls. Will avoid answering calls, particularly when they know you have a concern-especially about pay.Miscommunication from one department to the next. Does not pay for all loads timely. An almost 10 day lag in payment for work. What wonder if this is done to cause confusion and delay payment for work.Seemingly deceptive practices. Hardworking Truckers deserve so much better. My thought: take your time and effort to another company that values your work and pays you accordingly.I believe in reaping and sowing. You sow bad seed. You reap bad seed. You will not prosper.

One of my buddies drove for this company. He started experiencing serious health issues and requested to be sent home as soon as possible. Instead of sending him home they keep him running. He was forced to figure out a way to get to an ER immediately due to severe pain. When his family got him he could barely walk due to severe pain.It turned out that he has stage 4 cancer and is currently fighting for his health today. If you want a company that makes you feel valued run away from Tribe. You’ve been warned. They also keep his last paycheck.
