Their trucks park all night behind Kroger on Jesse Jewell. The apartment windows at The Mill just beside the parking lot shake and the floors vibrate extremely loudly all night while their engines and refrigeration systems run all night. Kroger manager has told them multiple times not to park and I ask one of the drivers if he would please stop the noise. No luck. Unreal the amount of noise they make non stop.

I saw one of your drivers in Lincoln, Nebraska at a red light make a U-turn and cut off another vehicle. I have tried calling numerous times, and your customer service doesn’t answer. I can’t get safety to answer. So based off of those things, it’s no wonder you have drivers that do things like that.

Must know.... They will make you do an extra physical other than the DOT. If you fail you will go to Cherokee National which is their way of getting people to go to work for the sons company. That's where most people's problems start. The company trucks are not that great at Cherokee national. The lease guys were doing ok at either company so if you go here go lease or you may hate this place. I feel like i got lied to because they try to make it sound like there is only 1 fleet manager Dusty at Cherokee National but you will meet other guys who own fleets and can show you their trucks. Like i said lease owner ops do OK. If you are going company don't go here. Anyway I think they try to get drivers for the son fleet which wouldn't be so bad but there are issues the shop mines his trucks for parts but then the son needs to take the initiative to get his fleet some where else. I feel for him but i can't make him move out from under Mama. They also have a Dallas yard they didn't tell me about it i had known ix could get a lease truck in Dallas i would have went lease out of Dallas. If I was the son i would relocate to they have a better shop land cheaper more drivers. Half the problems i had were with the shop and the shop messing his truck up. Also Dusty and the HR lady at CN will gaslight you. If your going and your in great health this may be the place for you. If your in Mediocre health go somewhere else. I feel for the son's situation but I can't do nothing about how he runs his ship any way. I can't fix the shop over there and neither can you only he can address something like that. Go lease or stay in your home state is my openion. This company has a great reputation but i think you have to get one of the good dms and be on lease. other wise it's gaslight central. Talk to people figure the situation the Dms before you come here.

We did 2 loads with this broker for $4000. Broker sent the driver the request to track the load using four kites which he did and no issue was brought up to us whatsoever but 2 months later we got deduction of $400 from our rate for not using transflo tracking. When provided documentation that the loads were tracked and request from tribe were to use four kites crikets, no one has responded to us since. All the appointments were met on time. Do not work with this broker they will scam you of your hard earned money.

Company made promises, and didn't keep them. Long story short i was told i'm only lease driver in orientation, i won't have to recover a truck. then they tell me I have to recover a truck even though there's about seven or eight trucks at the yard. I have the messages screenshot it and showed them like hey you know this is what I was told before I came here. I'd appreciate if you guys can honor it. A driver asked what our experience was like, pros and cons of working for this company and I reply that if your lease purchase you have to pay them back for the hotel and your flight. I was told orientation was 2 1/half days, it's been nine. So I suggested the company does an orientation separate from company drivers seeing company drivers have so much more to cover and lease drivers. Do not have to do half of that stuff for orientation . So I'm responsible for nine days of hotel at 130 a day. Plus the flight for 598, so before I even take my first load. I already owe the company $1700..their average per mile rates right now are $2.04 and they have trucks all over the country abandon. Should be a red flag for drivers.. Avoid this place like the plague. If you ever have a problem, the owners will not try to help you. They have made it very clear. They don't care about the lease drivers.

Flew down to Georgia from Indiana for their orientation, flight was paid for by them. They have you do an extra physical on top of your med card which is intense and if you are not physically fit you will not pass. I didn't pass it so I didn't get the job and they said I was on my own to find my way home halfway across the country. If you're thinking about applying here, at the very least be sure that you can pass an intense physical (which measures your heart rate) and a urine test, and if you don't pass those things you'll be stranded in Georgia and have to find your own way home.
