Good service and avoid professional staff at least in the area of selling cars. The mechanics I feel could be nicer and not grease your car and car mats up when they get there greasy ass on to move it.

this was my best car buying experience ever! from the moment I walked into their very spacious clean inviting showroom was treated with such kindness and respect. Tom Skerrit was so helpful in finding me a car that really met all my needs. I went in for a RAV4 but he could see the luxury wasn't quite my expectations and suggested I test the Venza limited. I was sold as soon as I sat in it! they were very accommodating. when I went to pick up my car the owner Ricky Martin came to speak to us thanking us for being their customer and reassured us this is the best dealership and if ever anything needed to come directly to his office upstairs. I cant say enough positive things about this buying experience but will be a forever customer!

Excellent car buying experience! Do your research and shop around. This dealership respected my 2 month search for the vehicle and price I was looking for. I had a situation 2 days after purchase. My tire started to go flat while driving on the interstate on a trip. I am thankful no emergency ensued however I did lose time and had great frustration as I had to stop off the interstate for help. (Tear in tire valve). Jason from management called and wanted to make things right. He was kind, sympathetic, very helpful and most importantly apologetic for my situation. I appreciate the team at Milton Martin Toyota!!

I called for an appointment for an oil change through the Quick Lube bay. When I arrived, I was told that I needed to go to the regular service bay. An hour and a half later (no one in front of me) I receive a text outlining $1,500+ worth of service items - for my 10 year old Prius with 215,000 miles!!! (Well over half the value of the car!). No one talked to me about any of the items - and no where in the text link about the oil change! Unbelievable. I scheduled this because I just needed a quick service - instead I am kept waiting an hour longer than expected just so they can fleece me. Never again. Their recommendations might be valid, but I have no trust in this dealership that I have been coming to since 2007. VERY disappointing.

As a first time buyer, I was SO happy with my experience at Milton Martin! JD and Bryan were extremely helpful and friendly. I was in and out with a car in about 3 hours and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I've given 5 star reviews in the past. I'm still impressed. They cover all the bases. I was there for service on my Highlander this week and was happy to wait. Plenty of comfortable seating and of all things the water for hand washing was warm!

Updated to a YMMV. First point of contact after problem arised from the service department was horrendous. The ensuing conversation was one aimed towards plausible deniability instead of accountability and rectification. In a subsequent conversation with the service department manager, he was understanding with our concerns and reimbursed us for the parts that fell off of the vehicle immediately after servicing there which we had to purchase at another dealership. I believe that the dealership earnestly wants to provide the best service, unfortunately that mantra and level of care isn't enacted upon throughout all of their staff.

My husband and I have been customers since 2004 and have purchased 4 or 5 vehicles there. My most reent purchase was a 2022 Toyota Tacoma. Dylan Bonilla was extremely patient in helping me find the exact color and features I wanted (and didn't). He was able to locate one and let me know it would be 30 - 45 days for delivery. I was fine with that, as I still had my 2008 Tacoma. Dylan kept me updated and called about 2 weeks later to say my truck was scheduled to arrive early! Checking out and purchasing the vehicle was easy. He went over all the features with me and followed up with me after the sale. Good customer service! I've always been pleased with the service I receive at MMT and will continue to remain a loyal customer.

I have been coming to this location for years now and I have never let my baby play in the kids play room until today . Which was a MISTAKE! The play room was absolutely disgusting!!! Thank the good lord above I had a pack of Clorox wipes in my purse . I literally had to wipe everything down before my child could even play ! YUCK

Milton Martin Toyota was the best and easiest experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle. They did not pressure me to buy something I didn't want just to make the sale. I had bad experiences with them in the past and was very skeptical but my husband loved his experience with them when he bought his car, so I gave them another shot. I AM SO GLAD I DID. Hands down best car buying experience ever a 10/10 but can only give 5 stars Katelyn was very helpful and attentive, would definitely refer anyone and everyone. She definitely made my experience with Milton Martin Toyota a great one. Wish I could give her 5 stars as well.

A no stress car buying experience. No "Covid" up charge like some of the other dealers are charging, 2% and up above the MSRP sticker price. Mark Doyle Sales Associate was probably the best sales person I've ever done business with.

Bought my daughter a rav 4. Mike Morrisey (salesman) was great. We told him what we wanted. He found it, we put down a deposit. The purchase process was fast and low pressure. We will gladly come back again.
