“Good, except thin on some very popular authors and specific book series. I was looking for books in the Millennium Series (Steig Larsen's and David lesencrantz novels also Follet novels) and found almost nothing .”

“I've NEVER seen a store like this in my life! I've lived in FB for several years now and this was my first trip to Ollie's - and I was mad at myself for waiting for so long to check this out!! I cannot BELIEVE the prices on these products - I mean, I've shopped Big Lots before, which is the only comparable store I know about, and BL's prices have NOTHING on Ollie's, for sure! I bought books that were 80-90% off their retail price and this was not during a sale! This was just a regular ol' day at Ollie's, which it turns out is anything but regular for this shopper! I LOVE the feel of the store, as someone who grew up shopping major flea markets during my youth. Ollie's has that "organized chaos" feel of the best flea markets I've seen in Ga, but it's a brick-and-mortar store with aisles and shelves just like any other store. It was a truly FUN experience - I spent over an hour on my first trip and didn't even shop the entire store! There's SO MUCH to discover, and there wasn't one time I picked up that didn't have an incredible price! Definitely go here at least once - you won't regret it! The employee who checked me out was a bit rude once I politely declined the shopper's loyalty card - she subtly called me stupid for "not wanting to save even more money", and wondered aloud about what zip code I lived in when I politely declined to give that info as well, saying it must be a "rich zip code where people have so much money that they don't need to save any" which made me laugh. I told her it was my first trip here and asked why they needed my zip code if I wasn't signing up for anything, and she said the system asks for a zip code to keep track of where shoppers are located, but I already knew better bc I was inundated with Ollie's mailers before I ever went there. She said she'd put her own zip code in the system when I didn't want to give mine, and I did appreciate that she didn't keep asking me for that, despite her snarky comments about how rich I must be for not wanting to get a rewards card for a place I'd been a Total of one time lol! But the employees who were stocking and cleaning on the floor were all very kind and the deals are just too awesome to let one passive aggressive checkout clerk keep me from coming back!”

“1 guy named Chase (or Jace I can't remember exactly) running the store by himself pretty much with tons of customers. He was super nice and gave everyone the attention they deserved. He should honestly be the manager of the store if he isn't already, he already proves he can run it himself very well.”

“Customers are too needy and like to complain. Honestly , I've been here many times and I can say it's one of the cleanest locations in the area , and my favorite and everyone is always so friendly here. It's retail people , they have to deal with us. I went in yesterday and some lady was cussing out the cashier because her own balloon popped that she bought from Amazon and they were willing to replace it and she tells him to F off and causes a scene ? I feel sorry for these people , when they attended me they were so nice and went out if their way to help me plan for my wife's bday. I've been coming here and will only go to this location. If you need an honest true opinion , this will be your best location to go to rather than the Tully one or Westgate , they're not up to par with the blossom hill location . Great service and always clean and organized.”
