So far the place is amazing and I tell all my co workers about and I try to tell my friends about and it I would say you should live there and its not far from places and the people at the main officer are so nice and would walk you through everything step by step. It's a very nice area to live in and people are nice around you. I would give it 100/10

This has been the worst experience ever for me. We can't wait for our lease to be up, so that we can get out. Our AC has been out for 6 1/2 weeks. They originally gave us a window unit and portable AC. They then took the portable AC because "someone else needed it." They've now taken the window unit for the same reasoning. They do not take care of their tenants or these apartments. The "amenities" are never available either. This has been an absolute waste of money. They don't respect any part if FHA or ADA laws either. If you live here, except nothing more than harassment, a falling in ceiling, constant water leaks, your problems ignored, and no ac in the summer.

The apartment is perfect during the winter but when it’s summer the apartment will reach almost 80 degrees inside and I’ll have it set for 67. Which makes the electricity bill high. Been here for 5 years and I keep filing complaints

If I could give NO STARS ! I would , I’ve been living here going on 3 years and all the problems I have came into is Crazy !!! First my floor keeps flooding like I see in other reviews a common Problem ! And this time they did nothing but clean the game of the tub , not to mention the bathroom is completely black mold out and my son had 3 trips to the Er regarding his asthma due to the mold and all they did was send out a newsletter saying wipe with bleach and mold is normal ?? , also the vents are disgusting like nobody ever cleaned them out mold and rat poop , they cut your water to fix a repair without notifying you so guess what we woke up and went a whole day without water NO NOTICE, the kids can’t have basketball goals but there is no park for them but they have a huge dog park that’s not used because I nearly step in dog poop everyday, not to mention it’s overpriced the price I’m paying for a 1 bedroom equals to what my neighbor paying for her 2 bedroom, if you looking for an apartment DO NOT COME HERE!!! They don’t accommodate you for anything they cause !!! Not to mention they overcharged me 2 months straight when I caught it they didn’t really deduct it because my rent was same price the next month! It’s a scam not to mention the dryer and washer they delivered 3 months later that I no longer needed lol but still charged me

The reason why we chose this particular apartment was because they had onsite laundry . They ended up closing it to turn it into a mother office for them . Which means they care more about themselves then the tenants. Also they make you pay two trash fees one for valet( which you can’t even chose if you want it or not it’s automated and a regular dumpster fee which is not even a set price . So I just feel like they look for ways to make money off of you .

If I could give no stars, I would. I was a resident at Towne Creek Apartments and moved out in November of 2021. I paid what was owed after I received my statement to move out of the apartment. I now have received an email from a debt collector called Columbia Debt Recovery LLC, dba Genesis informing me that I owe $28.06. This is a disgraceful way to treat a former tenant who did not miss a month of rent. What type of games is Towne Creek trying to run? This is not how you should be doing business. I am going to contact the GA Attorney General for help regarding this matter. A lot of people are complaining about this, this is not fair. Why would Towne Creek wait years and send to a collector? I paid what was noted on my account in full. If there were any extra charges, Towne Creek should have informed me over 2 years ago with proof, they have my cell phone number and email address. They have my email address because they gave it to a collection agency, I read online with the BBB complaints about Columbia Debt Recovery LLC, dba Genesis and one said the same thing. Getting a bill after leaving after some time. This is not a good look for Towne Creek. I feel like this is a scam they are trying to take extra money years after you move out, thinking you will just pay. An email that just said I own $28.06. I lived at Towne Creek in 2021 and it is 2024. For those looking to rent, BEWARE!

These apartments are absolutely ridiculous. Aside from all the issues we had because of them during our stay, now we are receiving collection notices from a balance that was paid personally over two years ago. So it seems as the manager has kept the check for herself and the balance was never taken care of in the system. Very rude people from the very start and very inconsiderate. I would stray from applying for anything here.

My maintenance request was promptly attended to and was done to my satisfaction. My greatest concern was that with it being a plumbing problem that I could end up with a big water bill but they got it taken care of quickly and I really appreciated how promptly they addressed my concerns.

Horrible. Went to see the unit I was thinking of renting. Went in side horrible mildew smell, dead roaches on the floor in the fridge and freezer. Back bedroom had a live roach on the wall. Rat poop in the bottom pull out drawer for the oven. And rent was very high for the terrible quality. Front desk lady knew about the roach problem. When I told her she was not at all surprised. Just ew.
