Horrible place to work if you have disabilities and you ask for training, or need to ask questions to understand how to do your job better,
unrealistic expectations for the new commer that knows nothing about the job.
I might have been out of shape and out of work for months
but still why would you give someone who wants to work and learn unrealistic expectations do you go to the gym when you have not worked out in years and go right back to that 395lbs squat bar thinking you can when you know you can't or do you start with the small weight and learn the fundamentals to build the muscle memory to then hit that higher goal weight. This was me here at this job. They gave me unrealistic weight i struggled to do my job. I asked for clarification but was denied due to thats not how it works everyone does it this way. Not everyone learn the same.
when they ask because they learn differently and given attitude on that's not how we teach. Learn it or quit. I did not quit, instead was getting injured from the excess weight. My hip and back is messed up now from poor teaching on how to lift.
If your Spanish you'll fit in perfectly if your white your discriminated and if you ask questions to clarification your given attitude. I would recommend having different tools for different people to get the job. I was willing to learn and get it. I was given attitude.
The management is very good company very strong and successful. Just recommend to be open to people who learn differently then others. And asking questions about how to do your job better is welcomed not shunned.

10/10 experience. my company has been buying tires from Tom Fouts Tire for the last 5 years. they have the best delivery times and i rarely have issues with any orders, but on the rare occasion i do they handle it very quickly. great crew!

This place was great to deliver to! I had a morning deliver appointment and I knew I was going to arrive after hours the evening before, so I called ask if I could stay on property. The manager approved and told me to bump one of the open docks and they'd start unloading when they arrived in the morning. FANTASTIC!
