Went to Original Mattress Factory after taking our time looking at Mattress Firm (Mattress Firm is more convenient). Got great help at both places, but found a great mattress at OMF for 1K less than the one we picked out at Mattress Firm. Delivery was within a week; exactly as promised. They called the night before with a delivery window, then again when they were 30 minutes out. Delivery folks were very pleasant and efficient. Very well pleased.

3rd mattress we have ordered! Love the double pillow top Orthopedic! The latest was custom made for our camper - 72" x 77"!, perfect fit and soooo comfortable! October in the Gainesville, GA office was great and those delivery guys were AWESOME! It was no easy task getting that mattress in the camper but they helped my husband and were pleasant the whole time! Thanks for the great product and the great service!

Great service, knowledgeable sale staff. I have been buying their beds for over 25 years. We have 5 kids, now grown, so we bought beds for them as children and now guest beds. Of course, we also sleep on OMF beds.
