Solid living experience as far as neighbors, amenities, and appliances go. The apartments are beautiful as well as the area itself and has an outstanding location. I did, however, have a problem with the recognition of the address for the duration of living here. Every single website and company that I gave my address to, including USPS would tell me that my address was incorrect or not real even 3 years into living there. It was also always a hassle for people to find the place, partially because of the address issue, but also because the building numbers are hard to see if you don't already know what you're looking for. They're also lacking in direction signs to facilitate in finding the building you're looking for. Finally, although the gates allow for a feeling of security, they are occasionally faulty and make it that much more difficult for visitors to come in.

Sooooo, one word.. maybe two or three sentences Allysa is providing (because it’s continuing) stellar service and support. As a matter of fact the entire staff from the office to maintenance ??! I have lived in one other apartment in Jefferson and while it was nice, it didn’t feel like home.If I could only use one word (for the sake of characters) it would be “sophisticated class” Ik that’s two ?.I am so blessed to be apart of this family community.

had an outstanding experience living at this apartment complex! The amenities, including a fantastic pool and convenient dog washing area, added so much value to my stay. The units are amazing, offering both comfort and style. The property manager Joe is truly awesome, making the overall living experience top-notch. Five stars!

Leasing Office is poorly managed and does not cooperate. Billing issues are COMMON here and there is no compensation of any kind. Worst Property Manager I have ever heard of. Do not reccommend living here and would deter any one else thinking about it.

My favorites are the huge windows, wood floors, clean carpet, nice kitchen, and the big balcony on my floor plan. Front office staff is nice, mailroom is nice too. Best of all- I walk to Senor Fiesta and Kroger all the time. It's so easy to grab a quick bite to eat and get a few little things at the store while getting a walk in!

I live on the 3rd floor of the 6000 building. Our floor constantly shakes from our neighbors tv system (which is not too loud). The building materials used in this apartment feels really cheap. Building shakes randomly and we constantly hear footsteps of people walking (on the 3rd floor)

The recent incident involving a hit and run to my vehicle has brought to light a concerning trend in our community, where reports of theft and car damage are unfortunately becoming more frequent. To ensure the safety and security of residents, it would be beneficial to increase the number of security cameras in our community. While I have had positive experiences with the majority of the leasing team, I must note that one individual's attitude and lack of empathy during the incident with my car was disappointing. Despite my attempt to seek assistance, Brandy did not appear to be concerned with my situation and did not offer to investigate the matter. Conversely, I was pleased to have encountered a different leasing agent, Allysa, who provided exceptional customer service by demonstrating concern for my situation and immediately offering to review the security camera footage.I was perplexed when Brandy interjected and stated that a police report was required to access the camera footage, especially given the urgency and importance of the matter. While I am unsure of the protocol in such situations, I cannot help but feel that this requirement may have been a means of complicating the process, as opposed to offering genuine assistance.Customer-facing employees must exhibit a high level of empathy and kindness towards their clientele, even in instances where it may not come naturally. Such actions demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and are fundamental in promoting a positive reputation for any organization.

Sprinkler system pipes busted on the 3rd floor and flooded my 1st floor apartment. I was told I had to pay January's rent anyway. I have been living in a nasty apartment with water damage, equipment running non stop, lights out, etc. My apartment flooded again last Friday. I walked in with a man on my bathroom counter poking holes in the ceiling. He cleaned up the water and left. I have had numerous people in and out of my apartment with no notice. I received notice 3 days ago that I had to vacate in 2 days so they could demolition my apartment. I asked for my $2000 refund, my $1700 January's rent, and $500 toward moving expenses. I was told NO to a refund of rent that I should never have had to pay to live in a nasty unhealthy apartment. Same situation as the previous tenant's post. Many violations of codes here. Very unethical. The lack of professionalism by the upper management is unheard of. they want me to move in 2 days notice but will not refund my 4200.00 so I can move. I have already lost thousands of dollars in personal items. I don't know how they expect someone to move who does not have the money to move. Maybe the tenants whom this has happened to need to get together and take this situation further since the apartment refuses to cooperate.

For these to be new apartments it’s always something wrong, a pipe burst on Christmas Eve and flooded a few areas. They don’t do anything about noise complaints and if they do it really depends on who you are. They are so many ridiculous rules in your lease that don’t even make sense on how they are allowed to do these things. They are nice apartments from the outside and if your just looking but would not recommend.

Pipes burst on Christmas eve morning people dont show up until that afternoon.Flooded several units mine included. The manager in changer shows up 2 days with an attitude saying "Sorry it's your problem." Apartments unliveable due to the amount of water, lights, cabnet drawers are still full of water and they're answer was to plug fans and dehumidifiers in, which I understand, but they refuses to issue in writing that they are taking responsibility for any electricity used over the next undetermined days due to the industrial grade equipment running on my electricity. We were told by manager Brandi that the unit is livable even with water still coming out the walls and dripping from the light fixtures.. They expect people to just live in this. Sorry is what she said..DONT RENT HERE... The NEW MANAGER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY.. City code enforcement has been notified....

The staff is awesome!Perks: High speed internet, valet trash, elevator, fully stocked gym, pool, open floor plans, high end appliances and modern design, washer/ dryers inside units, QUIET, well lit parking, great location to dining and town! So welcoming and feels more like condo living than typical apartment living.
