Bought a lazy boy couch and a table with 4 chairs had it for about 4 weeks and one of the chairs broke. Call and spoke with William the owner and after 1 month after I had called them numerous times he told me he should have charged me to replace the chair. Excuse me they must have furniture that is defective and want to charge you if you have a problem. Very disappointed I really thought they were a reputable company but when the owner has attitude that just says something about the company.???

Went by on our way to Dawsonville just to see if they might have a recliner for my 83 year old mother. Brianna was very helpful and super nice. Went back by on our way home (after looking at 3 other furniture stores) and ordered a recliner that was perfect for my mom at a very good price. They ended up having an opening that same afternoon and delivered it to my mom. Brianna and her team made my mom's Christmas! Thank you!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We could get our chairs “same day” and they helped load the chairs into the van. Beat other’s prices for same chairs. So glad we made the trip. Will recommend highly.

From the selection, to the product, to the service, we are very pleased! Dan helped us with the selections and was knowledgable and had a pleasantly low-pressure approach. Keith and Jack delivered the product efficiently and were very friendly. We have purchased over the past 1-5 years a complete house full of furniture from The Furniture Store. Most pleasant environment and staff. We have several lazy boy recliners including a complete living room furnished with lazy boy furnishings. Couches look like couches, are actually individual recliners. We purchased a very high quality oversized mattress set which we were not happy with and the owner replaced it that same week. One of my favorite lazy boys had a loose part inside the back. They came got it repaired it and returned in a few days If you are looking for cheap furniture with cheap service please look in The Sunday Atlanta Journal, you will find what you need. Remember, a bargain is high quality at a reasonable price My new name for The Furniture Store is “THE REAL FURNITURE STORE”Best wishes to a high class establishment for continued exemplary service and quality products.

The people where very nice and friendly. I like to find stuff and enjoy the comfort then find a assistance. In this case kay did follow us around but she was very kind and knowledgeable. We will probably be back to buy a couch.
