I have had my boat up with vinnie few times for maintenance and repair and I it’s been great service and follow up every time. They get you back in the water fast and very professionally.

My wife and I just bought a new 2023 Blackfin 252cc and absolutely love it! The customer service throughout the whole process has been top notch. When spending this kind of money on a boat you hope that after they get your money they won’t just ghost you, and that they have not! They have always gotten back to us in a timely fashion to answer any questions we have. We are still waiting on the extras we added to the boat to come in, but that’s no fault of theirs and they have been very upfront about the time frame which is refreshing. This is our 4th boat we have bought but first with them, and it’s been the best experience to date. Thanks Shelly, Mac and Vinnie for all the help!

Vinny in the service department handles emails at all hours, I am a new boat owner and have a ton of questions. If you are looking for a surf boat, this is the place to go. They also have a surf coach you can work with to get started. When I go to order and customize my next boat, we will be working with them once again.

You want a great sales experience when buying a beautiful Centurion wake surf boat ? Then go directly to the Boat Shop and ask for Mac! I met Mac back in early January 2023 at the Atlanta Boat Show and quickly could tell Mac was a seasoned boat sales veteran. He wasn't pushy - he was very knowledgeable and having owned 3 boats, I wanted to deal with someone who knew their business. The Boat Shop sales experience and custom build of my 2023 Centurion Fi23 was great and well executed with no issues at all. Thanks to The Boat Shop and Mac for a great experience and a great boat ! We live in Florida and drive 6 hours to The Boat Shop at Lake Lanier. This is our 2nd Centurion and we have a dealer in south Florida but Ben, Mac, Vinny, and Keith make the 6 hour drive worth every mile. They helped us sell our Fi23 and made purchasing our new Ri230 an absolute breeze 400 miles away. If you are in the market for a wake surf boat nothing compares to the Centurion wake and the guys at The Boat Shop.

Ben and all the guys at The Boat Shop at Lake Lanier are amazing to work with and have top-tier customer service!!! They saved me a literal boatload of money by taking the initiative to work out any warranty claims with my boat before my warranty ran out which of course I was not even aware of. Bottom line if you are buying a boat or just taking care of you current boat The Boat Shop at lake Lanier is the only place to go!!! They have earned my business for life!!

Great sales experience with Mac in fall 2020, and fantastic service experience with Ben, Vinny and crew in every way since. Whether it was pretty major warranty work fixed in a week in the middle of summer, or efficiently prompting and taking care of the routine stuff, these guys are top notch.

Ben and Vinny saved my vacation. I had a house full of company in town to surf all week. Boat had an issue on Tuesday, I had the part in hand on Wednesday and we were back in business. Excellent customer service. Thanks!

Buy the dealer first then pick the boat... With the volume of boat sales in today's market you can you can quickly find out who is there to service and establish relationships with life-long customers vs those that are there just simply churn out volume and dollars. Dealers are selling so many boats that their service departments don't have the manpower to keep up with the needs of their owners. While I don't know the number of boats The Boat Shop sells I do know that they have consistently provided the highest level of care for my boat when I've had issues. I've owned a number of boats and I'm probably what most would refer to as a difficult customer but the bottom line is that you will have an issue with any boat. The key thing to think about is "how quickly can they get me back on the water" when you do have an issue. The Boat Shop's answer to this question is why I bought from them and I can attest that they absolutely have delivered on that. Absolutely the best service I've had on any vehicle ever - far exceeds luxury auto makers like Porsche and BMW. I love my Centurion and am already looking forward to getting my next boat from The Boat Shop when the time is right!

The guys at the boat shop have always done awesome work on my boat. Today however they knocked it out of the park. While prepping to put my boat in the water for some early season fun I had 2 issues pop up that I figured would take some time to diagnose and resolve. Dropped it off in the morning and by the afternoon they had everything fixed and running 100%. Ben and the team are always top notch with their service.
