We purchased a VW Passat from Texano and they sold us a lemon. It broke down 1 week after purchasing. The engine is screwed up. Now we are having to have the engine rebuilt. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!

Had a decent experience with them a few years ago when we purchased a vehicle for my daughter, I’ve referred them to several people who have been looking for vehicles, so of course we went back when we were. This time I Was told I’d need to put down a deposit of $4000 on a vehicle priced at $9000 without even running numbers. Still decided to test drive said vehicle. Sales guy pulled it out and as soon as we get in there’s an error message indicating air bags need to be serviced. Did not even pull it out of the lot. I can definitely tell their customer service and quality have both severely suffered since our first purchase. I’ll definitely stop referring anyone to them.
Edit to add- same day I went to see the incredible team at multi auto in lilburn and got a better vehicle for the down payment and monthly payment we wanted.
