Absolutely incredible service! Hit a deer on the first day of our road trip and thought all was lost. Travis at Terry’s was by far the best experience I have ever had with a tow. At 2 am, he was very helpful and helped us get squared away with getting it to a mechanic even though they were closed on Sunday. I can’t recommend this business enough and we are forever grateful for their hospitality! Thanks Travis!

IF you can manage to get Terry's Auto on the phone you will experience the worst customer service in the business. My car was towed 3 miles from the scene of an accident and was given a $330 tow bill, not to mention the outrageous storage fees. The debris from the accident was swept up and poured into the backseat. The lady at the desk was incredibly rude and refused to allow me to sign paperwork, demanding I give her the names of other towing companies that were cheaper, as I had mentioned to her there were many. PLEASE do not become another victim of Terry's. Their reviews speak for themselves.

**WATCH OUT, THEY MIGHT GHOST YOU!!**I am giving a one star review but if i could give -5 stars, I would. My partner & I were moving to a different property in Gainesville but his truck has been out of commission because it needs a battery so we decided to have it towed to our new property for the time being. I called Terry's towing service because it said they were open 24 hours & had decent reviews. The person I spoke to (I believe he said his name was Travis?) said he could tow the truck to the property we needed. He told me it would take him a couple of hours but that he would be there. I told him that was fine because we were in the middle of something so we didnt mind if it was going to take a couple hours. He told me he would call me when he was headed our way. He NEVER called me back. I initially spoke to him around 6:30 pm and around 9-9:30, I decided to give him a call to get an ETA. He didn't answer so I left a voice-mail & we waited but he still NEVER returned our call. When 11 o'clock rolled around & we still hadn't heard from him, we decided to give up because he obviously wasn't coming nor contacting us. He completely ghosted us. This was frustrating because if he wasn't able to do the tow, I would've rather him have been straightforward in the beginning & tell us he couldn't do the tow so I wouldn't have had to waste my time. I would've thought they'd want the business but maybe not? Anyway, I dont want anything from this but to make other people aware that they are liable to ghost you & waste your time. It says they're 24 hour online so I dont understand what the problem was but the professional thing to do would have been to contact me if he wasn't able to get there for some reason. & I guess he ignored my phone call because he didn't want to deal with me lol some business. They definitely don't deserve 4.4 stars, in my opinion. Extremely unprofessional & 10/10 would NOT recommend doing business with them. There are much better & more professional tow companies in Gainesville. Terry's is NOT one of those.

I couldn't be happier with the service and understanding from Terry. Was quick to pick up, handled with care and even made sure the 3rd party to pick up from their yard handled my vehicle properly. If I ever need a tow truck again, this is who I'll be using.

I have always had a good experience with terry's towing. Sometimes its hard to get them to tow your vehicle exactly when you want them to but they are always nice and they are the most affordable service around.

1am and I was on the side of 985/365 in gainesville after a loooong day at work in Atlanta. I was on the phone with Terry's when my phone went dead after the econoline work van crapped out with a bad fuel pump. After what felt like just 10/15 minutes of cussing and beating on the steering wheel, a wrecker pulls up to haul me and the van full of tools safely home to Habersham. And to my convenience the driver accepted a card payment. Thanks again.
