Highly dont reccomend they will lie and say you over drawn take your money but you never ever did over draw i sent the CEO an email and a guy from corprate called and he said he caint explain why that happen when looking at the system law suit will be pending

Banked with SunTrust since I’ve obtained a debit card at the age of 16. Never had any issues with them. Never had to tell them I’m traveling and not to lock my account, no unnecessary lock outs like Regions, and the staff is very helpful with everything. Branches in Gwinnett County consistently REQUIRE to see my wife whenever we want to withdraw or deposit for some reason but not here. They make transactions very easy.

I will be closing all my accounts after talking to the manager and a business truist rep. Neither one will help me would rather me come in and close all my accounts so I guess I will be making the long drive to nearest branch. Unacceptable better banks out there that will treat you a lot better. They told me to pay the fees and come close the accounts so I will. This came from manager so I will be visiting you tomorrow since your 2 hours from me. Bad business. I. Don't recommend for business or personal accounts.

Let me tell you we’ve gone here for a year now and the girls that are normally there are phenomenal.. the girls that came from oak wood are not it. The other girls NEVER take coins (even though we are in a coin shortage). One girl in particular is so rude. She works the drive thru. If this wasn’t the only one close by we would go somewhere else. Highly disappointed in the service we’ve received.

melissa was the manager on duty. i had proper court oredered i.d., and they wouldnt cash my payroll check. wt f? not a happy camper suntrust. call my employer to verify check..sheez. this is so frustrating, covid or not. not fair game to suntrust clients.

Employees talking to each other but not acknowledging/ helping the customer s in line. When I asked if somebody could help us the employee said anyways rudely I am a general manager for a business there was a lack of sense of urgency to help the customer customer service needs to be number one. Please do it better.

Place sucks.... they only have 2 people working the front all the time... always a 45 min wait to cash a check.... must be low on money cant afford to hire more people

the Experience was okay, the hospitality was they type of southern hospitality that has long been forgotten, but the best thing about this particular bank is that the staff there seems to have great people skills. The staff there is very understanding and are willing to explain most questions you may have. however they can seem like push-y sales men/women.

We asked for a check to be cashed and then deposited into our account and they wouldn't do it. We had more than enough in the account to cover a bounced check in the event that happened, but the check was a payroll check from an established local business that is about 5 minutes away. We also have had our account there for 7 years, so we are not new customers. Ultimately, the reason I felt like writing the review was not that they wouldn't do what we asked, the reason is they treated us with attitude. As if, we had done something wrong. That's no way to treat someone that has been your customer for 7 years.

charging 20 bucks to send a payoff amount by fax and 10 more release fee will get you a 1 star in my book every time. Not sure what happened to SunTrust, they used to go out of the way to be helpful but now they have followed suit with the other big banks with poor customer service and fees, fees, and more fees.
