Made trip to this location today. The employee was very unprofessional to me. Told her need wash her hands but proceeded to apply gloves. Felt like knew hands need wash before applying gloves. Never will return this location ever bad service on hand employee. Needs be addressed.

I HAD TO DEAL WITH SUCH A RUDE WHITE WOMAN THAT JUST RUINED MY ENTIRE DAY. I SIMPLY ASKED FOR ONE STRAND OF MAYO INSTEAD THIS GIRL QUICKLY SQUEEZES A HOLE LOT OF MAYO THEN SQUEEZES MUSTARD QUICKLY AFTER THEN I SAY BUT I DIDNT SAY MUSTARD AND I ONLY ASKED FOR INE STRAND OF MAYO AND THIS WOMAN TELLS ME SHES NOT GOING TO SERVE ME BECAUSE “IM” BEING RUDE THEN I ASK FOR MANAGER AND SHE TELLS ME SHE’S THE GENERAL MANAGER AND OWNS THE STORE . SO IF THIS IS THE WAY SUBWAY CONDUCTs BUSINESS THEN IM SECOND GUESSING ME EVEN SPENDING MY MONEY WITH SUBWAY

Young lady behind the counter was rude, she started off with what do you want like I had done something to her. Then started making my sandwich and asked did I want it toasted, when I told her I wanted to add some bell pepper and onion before she toasted it. She then said do you want it toasted again while I was trying to tell her to add the other things before she put it in the oven, while waiting for my sandwich to come out I asked her was she having a bad day? She said and I quote “I don’t do small talk” like I’m sorry, I asked how you were if you work in customer service there is no reason to be like that. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Young lady behind the counter needs serious customer service training. Didn’t greet me, acted like she didn't want to be there, basically shoved my sandwich in my hand and didn’t offer me a receipt.

ANNIE AT SUBWAY!!!!!!! I placed an online order and the order was very good. The only problem I had was with the worker. I walked in as it was my first time ordering at this subway and the worker did not greet me. She looked at me and I told her I was picking up an order. She proceeds to tell me in a rude yelling tone "ITS RIGHT THERE." I looked at her in confused as to why she was being rude when I had just arrived. She then repeats herself "ITS RIGHT THERE!" and pushes my sandwich towards me. I don't know about you all but it is courtesy to hand people their stuff in their hands not pushing it to them. I proceeded to ask her about my drink and chips as she did not hand me a cup, she told me to grab the cup and chips myself as "we do not do that for you here" She made my visit very unpleasant. Annie, you need to get a better attitude, you were rude, and mean.

I asked for a subway melt on wheat bread. The sandwich artist didn’t have wheat bread and asked me how to make a subway melt. No veggies were cut up (onions, etc). Asked for Mayo, mustard and he stated they were out. I asked if he could check in the back for some? None in the back.. bad bad subway.

Management needs to keep their inventory stocked. This place is out of the most common items. The guy behind the counter was stressed because he was the only one there. He was about to walk out of his job, and I don't blame him either. Your managers need to do their job.
