Drove 1hr 30 min from my side of town to South Hall Motors to check out a truck that I saw online that I like and wanted to buy. Great truck buying experience with Courtland from South Hall Motors. Bought a 2017 Ford F-150 for a good deal. No hassle, very nice and all around great guy. Great customer service. I 100% recommend anyone in the Gainesville and metro Atlanta area to check out South Hall Motors for your used car buying needs. I would definitely do business with them again, if given the opportunity.

I've purchased my last two automobiles from South Hall Auto, and still driving them both. First purchase was about 7 years ago. No issues at all, friendly, helpful and honest staff. I'll be going back for my next purchase as well.

Started off good, initially spoke to Kelly and was great. Communication was a little bad. I had approval from a bank and the owner did not agree with how the title and money is exchanged, I understand but at the same time you missed out on the sale. I had to call to get any updates and ask several times for extra pictures and videos of the vehicle and never received them. 2 stars for good attitude, otherwise nothing else went well.

I read reviews and decided to give these guys a try. I bought at 13 F150 ecoboost from them. Justin said he drove the truck for about a month or so when they got it and it had no issues. We bought the truck and on day three I had to go back and ask about the passenger side of the motor being covered in oil. Sent me to the mechanic down the street to talk with him. we figured it might be the brake vacum booster on the back of the head. I ordered one and replaced it, then cle

My husband found a truck for me here, and within 24 hours we were driving it home! We met several different folks here that were all very friendly as we talked about fishing, hunting, and golf. If we ever are in the market for another truck, we'll skip the big dealers and revisit South Hall!

Sales people were great an loved van until 30 days later n 3000 miles transmission fell apart..$3600 to replace..dealer offer no more than a sorry after spending $13000 an some change on van..I understand as is but damn..think could of done better somewhere else..buyer beware
