The poor cashier girl was a new hire. Had only been there for a week and was left alone to work a shift on a Friday. Felt so bad for her. Management needs to work on scheduling.

My sister and I stopped by yesterday And Alison Ortiz (cashier ) went above and beyond for me while preparing our smoothies , her service , speed and attitude was exceptional. She also gave me a sample to make sure I like what she prepared ! We loved the drinks and definitely will be back!

I enjoy a smoothie, most of the time it comes out as it should. I order the same thing all the time. The last three times we have been my Smoothie dries out with ice still in the cup. These cost too much to not be happy with them. I am not sure why they do not turn out the same every time. It's a formula. It must be lack of training.

Had a poor experience at this location (one of many) and called to speak with their customer service team. They assured me the owner or a representative of the location would reach out to me. After waiting 2 months without a single touch point, I reached out again. Was told it had been “escalated” & sent to ownership. I’m disappointed that the owners do not seem to care about following up. Does seem to align with the overall feeling of this location; disconnected & unengaged ownership that leads to dirty conditions, long wait times & a myriad of technology issues. Very unfortunate way to operate.

Drove 20 mins here for a Smoothie bowl. Arrived at 830pm and was told they stop making Smoothie bowls at 8pm.....an hour before close? Why....because they don't want to clean up. The bowl has fresh fruit and they've already cleaned that area......I've worked in similar establishments as a teenager and we serve what was on the menu and stayed later to clean the store. If this is actually a policy here, at least put it on your website!!

Attention Management!Teach your staff to WASH THEIR HANDS !!!I come here often, so I really hate to leave a bad review! However, I just watched an employee (Johnathan) take the trash out then come back in the restaurant and start making orders but did NOT wash his hands!!!!!!I asked him to come over where I was standing at the counter so I could inform him to please wash his hands BEFORE he proceeded touching the food!!! He started to argue with me even tho I'm telling him I been watching him! So I asked for a refund... him and the other girl working said there is No manager working today and I would have to wait until tomorrow to call back to the store to get my refund! Next time I'll contact health depart so Johnathan can argue with them!

I ordered ahead on the app at 4:15 it was ready at 4:40! It was supposed to be ready at 4:30. When I went In they hadn’t even started on my order. 1 smoothie and bowl shouldn’t take 25+ min to make. Very disappointed, won’t ever use the app again if I have to wait longer than if I go in

Saturday night went to this location for a smoothie bowl. Staff is clueless what a acai bowl is compared to a pitaya bowl. I ordered a açaí bowl and the staff made a pitaya bowl with a smirk telling me it’s a açaí bowl. Bunch of young kids who obviously don’t care. Then proceeded to open the cooler for one second and says “ sorry we are out”. Lazy and clueless about the product they sell. Sad. Will not go back !!

First, I'm a big time Smoothie King fan and have always enjoyed stopping at the Gainesville GA store ... but recently ... time before last my Angle Fllod, large, just wasn't as sweet as usual, almost unsweet, but I was on my way home so I lived with It. But my visit two days ago left me disappointed. Walking in I noticed an unpleasant smell, an odor. It smelt "old", not clean. There was what appeared to be trash in plain sight. The attendant who took my order was dour, lethargic, disinterested. I did not feel welcomed as usual. My smoothie was great tasting but it bit "icy", almost crunchy. Looking at the counter preperation surfaces I could see the entire length was messy, splashed with ingredients. I left not having shared more than a very few words with the staff, whereas I am used to a little friendly chitchat.Smoothie King ... what's going on?
