Don’t try to deliver Between 5:45 PM and 6 PM even though they say they close at 6 twice I have attempted to drop off packages before they close.

This is my go-to spot to ship anything and everything. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. They're great at finding the lowest shipping cost between the various carriers. Easy to get to, as well. You can even take your Amazon returns to them.

Customer service here is above and beyond. They do much more than just shipping here. I had two cookbooks rebound here now they are good as new. Also they make Amazon returns super easy and convenient!

I came back to this location today and was very happy with the service. I stopped doing business with the previous owner at this location, due to poor customer service. Glad to be back now, this is convenient for me and the new staff is quite excellent.

They don't know the USPS shipping rates. They told me one price but when I checked at the post office, the price was much lower for the same kind of shipping, exact same box and contents and destination. Need to learn their business better.

I walked in with a pre-printed label from Amazon for a UPS return, but hadn't kept the box or packing materials (shame on me, I know). This was a problem because what I had to return was a 50-lb portable air conditioning unit. The owner/operator went above and beyond -- he packed it like the factory might have, with a smile and friendly banter, and at a surprisingly reasonable rate. After my incredible service and experience, I will continue to use the Shipping Depot on Thompson Bridge Road for all my shipping needs. Thank you again, Mr. Shah!
