Don't bother trying to call them. No matter what day, time, or number you call, they WILL NOT answer.

The Salvation Army community service center is a great place. They help people in need. At the community center to the church they are there to help. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping people in our community.

The manager of the shelter was rude. She told me that there was no wi-fi but I later found put there was, however, she didn't like the shelter residents using it. Because I had just arrived from out of town I had no way of contacting my family to let them know I was safe. We were on lockdown with no way to go out and buy essentials such as tolietries. Was kept up all night buy a bully, and when the staff was informed they promised to take care of the matter but didn't. When I said I wanted to make a complaint I was informed that the lieutenant was on grief leave. I find it hard to believe that someone was not assigned his or her duties for the duration of the leave especially since there was a health emergency in place in the state of Georgia.

Ron, Joann, Candy and Connie are the best people you could meet. A great organization that helps people at their lowest. I am adding them to my list which includes the Shriners to give what earthly treasures I have. Amazing the self sacrificing work they do such as in Haiti. Christ is using them in a big way.

I will forever love Mrs. Daphne & all of the staff at the Salvation Army because they took me in when I had nowhere to go, they helped teach me how to stand up on my own 2 feet & taught me how to be self sufficient & responsible. The Salvation Army completely changed my life!! And they have so many resources to help you after you leave there. I just love them all so much!!
