When your hours are posted on the door that you are open until 6:30 pm, you need to be open until then. I tried to get in at 6:10. The cashier saw me but chose to ignore me trying to open the door before closing hours. I guess her boyfriend who was sitting in the front window says they have better things to do than her job!!

The blonde is definitely rude as hell. I read reviews last night because it was my first time visiting and I needed to know how to get there. Got there this morning and all the reviews were true. No matter how old the reviews are, they still apply. If you can travel to a different location or go to a different store in general, definitely do so.

I had the worst experience ever . Not only did they not let me purchase the five items I needed … I drove an hour to get there for them to tell me my account is blocked . Tried three other stylist accounts that I work with and somehow those were blocked too . Proceeded to tell me to call corporate and figure it out , was told it will be unblocked within 15 minutes . Thirty minutes went by , still not unblocked . Not to mention the manager , was rude , had a bad attitude , and had no customer service skills . Was there for two hours and walked out empty handed . They have now lost a sale and about ten customers .

I’ve shopped here multiple times and there has always been something wrong with my app and they’ve never offered to help me with it and the staff is very rude. I’m always polite with them but they give back very rude energy. Wish there was another salon centric near by

Horrible customer service. The treatment that I got was unprofessionals and uncalled for. No respect for me as a seasoned stylist or salon owner. Employee's will lie to you to get out of helping you with what you need help with in the store. Extremely rude staff. I have been a customer for 35 years starting back when they were Beauty Alliance and Salon Centric basically told me they didn't care I was a loyal customer and had spent 10's of thousands of dollars with them and was loyal to Redken and sold ten of thousands of dollars of their products over the years to my clients. I'm nothing to them and they can treat me without respect as they choose.

Very rude staff, not willing to help a busy stylist find products in the store. Refused to sell to me, told me I could by Redken products at Cosmoprof, which was a lie to get me to leave. Total abuse of market power.

Had a great experience with store and employee Amanda, had to make a last minute change and quick pick up--correct order was waiting when I got there, saved the day! Store is well stocked and I appreciate everyone's mask use. Recommended!

Worst location! Everytime I have gone in and Amanda is working she has always had the worst attitude and is so rude! She is the only one who gets my order wrong and always argues with me and says it’s my fault but, whenever someone else does it it’s right. Weird huh? And when she looks at the paper it’s written down right she just does it wrong. And when I called to place my order she said that she will have to call me back and I called her back 30 minutes later because I still didn’t receive a call and I had to get color for my client. when I showed up to the store she wasn’t doing anything but messing around on her personal computer. I normally don’t write reviews and I’ve never had problems with any other employee at that location, or haven’t had trouble at any other locations, or Cosmoprof. On top of this they put my personal card on file when I never told them to do or never gave them permission to do so. They charge my personal instead of my business card and I had to tell her I was charged on the wrong card (not shocked she had attitude with me for something she did wrong )and I needed to take that card off she said she couldn’t do it even though I never gave them permission to put it on in the first place. She is the worst in customer service and never had a positive experience with her.

I’ve never had a positive experience at this location. Everyone I have ever encountered has been unbelievably rude. I only ever stop here for last minute products and regret it every time.
