this is the 2nd time i went into this location to buy a couch. i know exactly what i wanted just had to choose the right color. both times not one person approached me or say hello and greeted me. i will go elsewhere w my business. i have never seen such horrible sales people especially when making commissions. horrible. i used to work in sales and i always greeted someone no matter how busy i was letting them know how busy it is and i will be right w them. i could train these ppl to sell and be successful bc they have NO clue how to make a dollar selling anything.

It's was great service by Michel we did everything all contracts was ready we just have to pay and sign the receipt we go there today 10/21/23 was another lady there we walk in she was in the phone she don't even ask us if we need help till I said something Long story short she didn't want to help us at all and she said I'm sorry I can't do it till Michel come in tomorrow I told her I work I'm available today and I'm here and she said no get to a point where I get mad and cancel everything This place bad for service manager need to get with this lady and train her more how ti make costumer happy.

Betsy really went out of her way to make our living room furniture work for us. Ask for Betsy when you go there, you'll be glad you did. The manager, Lakeata, was also very accommodating to make sure we got the set that worked best for us. A special shout out to Tiffany, the delivery driver who was on point, very observant and truly helped us get everything just right. She needs a raise or promotion for her attention to detail. Thank you all so much! We couldn't be happier!

Ms. Betsy is the absolute best! We stopped by to browse since we are moving to Georgia in the near future and wanted to get some ideas for new furniture for our two bedroom apartment. Again, we were just browsing but ended up leaving with a fully furnished two bedroom apartment thanks to the help and guidance of Ms. Betsy. She is amazingly professional and extremely knowledgeable - she guided us around the store without putting any pressure on us and gave us ideas and directed us to furniture that fit our needs. She was patient, kind and did not rush us at all. Since we won't be moving to our new place until later this month, Ms. Betsy has stayed in touch by phone, e-mail and text to be sure everything is going the way we planned and to ensure us that our things will arrive shortly after our arrival. I usually don't write reviews but this lady deserves to be recognized for her professionalism, knowledge, patience, guidance and kindness. We will definitely be back to see Ms. Betsy and have her help us as the need arises. Rooms to Go is lucky to have her!

Lakeata Holloway went above and beyond to help us find a lamp that we could take home today. Then, per our request, she made several phone calls to find a matching lamp at another location. We were impressed with her excellent customer service and friendliness!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Lakeata played a major part in our experience. She was helpful and very patient with us as we searched for a new bedroom set and full living room set. We truly appreciate how she went above and beyond to ensure all our furniture was delivered same day. Bedroom set was listed as backorder for 3-4 weeks. Received a surprise call not long after we left, that she was able to work her magic to have our bedroom delivered much sooner. We will definitely be going back to work with Lakeata and the team for our future furniture needs!!

We were delighted with the selection and very friendly sales associate named Michelle at the Gainesville, GA Rooms to Go store. She's the best!!! We were shocked about the new delivery cost being by the room instead of number of deliveries! We paid over $300 delivery cost for a dining room table, 4 chairs, 2 stools, kids bedroom set, and a sofa to ask be delivered at one time. I MUST SAY IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! The crew was 3 men and they were the most respectful, knowledgeable men we've ever hired for ANY type of work or delivery!! They even threw down giant cover pads on the floor bc it was raining outside. Though they all spoke Spanish, the lead tech spoke perfect English. There was NO muttering or laughing too one another in Spanish where we couldn't understand it feel uncomfortable. That's a HUGE HUGE GOLD STAR IN MY BOOK! I could've never gotten all the furniture unpackaged and put together myself, PLUS they showed us how to use the hidden table leaf and my daughter's tween furniture plugs for her speakers and light! They truly took honor in their hard work and we're so humble and happy with our praises. They arrived exactly on time from when the texted the night before and the morning of delivery. Don't bawk at the delivery price bc trust me, it's so worth it. The furniture is just fantastic. Been shopping with them for 20 years and will continue to do so. Michelle helped us pick out the closest comparable mattress to the one we'd purchased a few years ago for our daughter, since it wasn't made in a full size. It arrived and she was SPOT ON! Michelle even stayed way past closing time to wait on us as we conversed via text message with our autistic daughter at home to be sure we secured the bedroom suit she most wanted. Thank you a million times over, Michele! I hope I'll be coming for my lamp I had my eye on very soon!! You're the sweetest, most informative, honest, hardworking and we appreciate you so much!
