I have had the pleasure of photographing two weddings at RLM, and they both blew me away in terms of styling, attention to detail, service and flowers. This venue is absolutely gorgeous, and and I would recommend to any of my brides looking for a full service venue to check them out!

This is a very beautiful venue. I was extremely pleased with the atmosphere, the vibe, and the customer service was great! Resia was very kind and the staff was very attentive. The florals were gorgeous and I will be back again! I highly recommend this business to my friends and family.

Did a wedding here last night that rocked. The staff super attentive. Resa was over the top friendly and helpful. The bride was stoked over her ceremony and reception. Great cozy atmosphere with good flow for the event.

I want to start this review off by saying my wedding day was absolutely beautiful. However, this is probably the most difficult venue I've ever experienced.
They advertise their venue as a complete package. Wedding cake, flowers, food, decoration, set up, breakdown, servers, etc. which is true and helpful. They tell you is the venue is open from 10 am to 10 pm, and the space is yours all day. What they don't tell you is you pick so many hours to use the venue space. I was not able to get ready at the venue because they did not explain this to me. They made it seem I could use the venue all day and even said so when I verbally asked if I got to USE the venue all day. Your time starts the minute you get there. Make-up and hair artists have to start early; therefore, I wouldn't have had a reception and barely any time for photos if I got ready at the venue.
This venue only communicates via email to have an understandable paper trail. However, they will not answer phones nor do they call you back, so do not expect quick responses.
Next, they gave my original wedding date away after I paid the deposit and signed the deposit contract. Now, an uh-oh on my part, I was supposed to sign ANOTHER document I did not see since I was going through a family death at the time and missed the second document. However, when I asked THREE times in three separate emails why no one contacted me before giving the date away, I was completely ignored. I asked why would I pay and sign the deposit contract if I didn't want the original date. Also, we wish it could've been emphasized more about how important the 20% was to secure our date. In most places, when securing your date, the deposit is what grants you the date. On top of being busy and not hearing back for weeks/months, it was disheartening to know that there was no attempt to reach out and confirm. If more unforeseen circumstances had happened, we could have gone longer without ever knowing we didn't actually have the date we wanted and may have had to reorganize everything (photographer, guests, bartender, etc).
They, also, do not give you rehearsal space or time. They rush it on the DAY of the wedding. That might work for some people; however, not for me or most other brides. When I asked about using space the day before, they told me it was an extra $500 an hour and gave me dates days before the wedding. They claimed this was the only availability they had. Both mine and the groom's family live out of town, and that wouldn't work. They said they didn't have availability the day before, and I don't know why not. We drove by the venue because we were going to our hotel, and no one was there. No cars. No lights on. Therefore, I was lied to AGAIN.
During the venue tour, they claim they have an aux cord to use if you do not get a DJ. I was excited about this as I was not able to afford a DJ. However, on the day of the wedding, the wedding coordinator asked me who would press play on the songs. I did not even have a chance to ask if she could press play before she cut me off and said "We do not do that here." My photographer was speechless by the rudeness and curtness of the response. She looked at me and said she had never seen a venue treat a bride like this, and she has been a part of A LOT more weddings than me. They also did not communicate how awful their sound system was. The music was not loud by any means, and they told me to make sure my device's volume was turned up all the way as if I had not done that first.
Unfortunately, the venue made the wedding experience a hundred times more stressful and difficult than it should have been. The packages and prices they offered are not worth the stress and tears they caused. I was completely shocked by the blatant rude behavior they gave when handling such an important life event.
I close this review by saying I would not recommend this venue to anyone who cares a lot about their wedding. If you want a small wedding

**Updated to address their response.
1. My appt was confirmed. They blamed it on a “glitch.” I had the email to prove confirmation.
2. Kim called me back 30 minutes after the appt and never ONCE offered to meet me. Not one single time. Instead, she argued with me and basically called me a liar when I said that I indeed had an appt. She made me send her proof of my email. Given the fact that we had seen so many people say that Kim was aggressive and argumentative, that experience was enough for us to tell her we had no interest in moving forward..**
Had an appt for today. Showed up and no one was here. Called their phone number and chose every option to try and get someone on the line. Nothing. The space is not what is pictured online and their exterior is rundown and interior is tiny. I’m also alarmed at their landscaping, knowing they are a “florist.”
We took off work and drove 40 minutes one way. SUPER unprofessional. We were already on the fence after seeing how many people said the owner ruined their wedding day. We won’t be using them.

Lovely venue! Perfect for weddings, receptions, graduation parties, birthday parties...etc! Resia (the owner) can do anything to make your event perfect. She is very kind and friendly. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend this space to anyone looking to have an amazing time. The venue also does floristry and will make your event go as smoothly as possible!!

They’re very nice and responsive …. UNTIL you sign a contract. If you want a venue with helpful, kind, friendly, supportive staff and ownership then this is NOT your venue. My emails were met with short one word responses and lots of attitude with no answers to my questions. Funny enough that they won’t answer any of our calls now. Learn from our mistakes and spend the extra money at a venue worth your time!!

I was a guest at a wedding here and everything was beautiful and perfect. Besides the fact that it is gorgeous venue, the owners were extremely friendly and we enjoyed our time eating, dancing, and celebrating with the newlyweds!

My wedding and wedding planning experience was beyond exceptional and all of our guest still til this day talk about their experience. Resia and her team handled everything and I have the theme and colors and they took it from there! The vision I had exceeded our expectations. We were blown away! The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. Very supportive team she has as well as herself! The decor, refreshments, wine hour, cake, dinner, and bar was simply beautiful. There’s no need to second guess this beautiful venue for your very special day! The experience and all the hard work Resia and her team puts into it is well worth the rate of not more. You’re getting a wedding planner, wedding day coordinator, servers, wine hour for your guests to enjoy as you and your spouse and bridal party take photos, a bridal suite and a groomsmen suite, ample parking, undivided attention and attention to detail. Everything was magical for us! We’d get married again there if we could do it all over again!!
