I went to the Oakwood Branch to Discuss removing NSF Charges off my Account and spoke to Lisa Smith and Sha Dooley They are the most rudest and unprofessional people I have ever met. I was told when I opened my account if a Deposit was made before 8 pm to cover any outstanding balance you owe you will not get a NSF Charge. I was charged 4 NSF Charges even though money was put into my account before cutoff and I went in to get them removed and they spoke to me like I was Trash. And refused to help me .

Lisa is top notch. She knows her stuff. I had fraudulent charges pending on my account, tying up most of my money. I made an appointment, and it took at least an hour, but she was able to get merchant on phone, and got problem resolved. Funds were released back into my account the same day. She also empowered me (smart girl) to begin to rebuild my credit. It has been 6 months, and credit is starting to come around. She is the best!

I have been calling this location for days trying to get an appointment to talk to someone about a business loan through the government SAB loan program no one will even answer the phones.Very disappointed customer!

ATM Is usually messed up in some way. Half the time the ATM will fake you out and you can only do specific functions and it's never the function you need. I call and there is no answer. I usually drive the extra to the next closest just so I know there is no issue.

WILL be leaving Regions soon. Their system is designed so they can steal your money in overdraft fees. Period.

Had 3 accounts with regions for less than a year. A savings and two checking accounts, and when we switched it was from Bank of America. At first we liked regions as it was a welcome change and things were easier. Now let me say one of our checking accounts is for bills (so it's zeroed out most of the time between checks) and the other checking account is for our everyday spending. Today is pay day and with over $1200 being deposited we cannot move money from the bill pay account. I call and apparently a new rule was put into place THIS week where if you have a zero balance it automatically closes your account. Now this may not seem like a big deal to most people but when there is $2400 deposited in that account monthly and nothing changes as far as that goes why would they close it? Needless to say watch out for this bank and we will be switching to a credit union. Thank you for wasting our time, our day, as well as delaying our bill payments for now

Tara Miller is rude and doesn’t pay attention at the window. Has a horrible attitude. Got upset because I used my social instead of account number because I lost my debt card.... honestly will not continue to use this location. Rather go to Gainesville even tho I attend the school right down the street.

If i could give no atars i would l. Everytime i go here its a 1 in 6 chance the ATM will actually be working. Super annoying becaus the other options are to drive increadably out of the way to go to the other Regins or to have to make a purchase somewhere to get chash out. Can not express how annoying it is to almost never have a working ATM. Invest in a nee one or dont offer the service.

I was discriminated against by Scottie Ramirez at this branch today I've filed a formal compliant never had this experience with any other locations. Shocked and livid. .corporate will hear about this. Scottie Ramirez is not the face of Region. He should be terminated.
