They used to be my favorite branch, but they have been getting progressively slower and slower. I tried to avoid using the lobby as much as possible these days because it seems every time I go in to do something simple, there's a line of about 5 to 6 people and a 15min. I've never seen a bank at 3:00 having a line wrapped around the building.

Mr Glen Cox very disrespectful doesn’t know how to treat people! Very rude and unprofessional! I do not know how he acquired this job but that’s NOT how you treat people raising his voice in such a rude manner and not wanting to apologize even told me he didn’t care who I reported this to!!! Next is the BBB!!!

ATM is down all the time , and this morning 1/6 it said it was working but instead it locked up with my card ?… left note on bank door and waiting on them to open so I can get the $$$ I needed at 6am

They deposited my paycheck into the wrong account. It was my first paycheck and it was after Christmas so I was really disappointed when I didn't show up in my account. I tried calling the next day but no one picked up the phone.

There was a long wait line, only 1 teller for up front and only 1 for the drive through. They need more tellers.

This is the best of all Regions branches in the area. The tellers go out of their way to see that your needs are met. If you present a question to them that they cannot answer, they will quickly match you up with someone who can. You do not need an appointment to access your Safe Deposit Box. You may have to wait your turn to be allowed inside, but no appointments are necessary. You will need to inform a teller of your intent, so that your wait will be shortened. This is the Main Branch, and it is located downtown. Therefore, it can be busy. If you need to meet with a banker, you can make can appointment for faster service, or you can come without an appointment, and wait your turn. Either way, you will receive outstanding service. Bi-lingual, Spanish and English services are available at this branch.
