I was just in the store and this girl cooking was AWFUL. She was getting sauce for an order, I had no idea she was in the kitchen. I asked a question and she looked at me, ignored me and literally ran to the kitchen.. I don’t care how busy you are just say “I’m Busy” or “My Bad” or “I’m just incompetent and don’t know how social etiquette works”. Something instead of ignore me when I’m asking a question.

I really don’t know what’s up with the lady at the front, I didn’t get her name but Saturday March 16th 2024, 9am, she had a bad attitude and literally told my husband to leave because he asked if they had anymore sausage biscuits. Next time I’ll be going to the McDonald’s right in front of them, they have better biscuits anyway. I really hope this lady is fired if she can’t handle simple customer service, this isn’t the job for her.

I stop at this location once or twice a month and have always had excellent experiences. It is a very busy store with lots of traffic, but there is ample parking around the store for running inside, and they have plenty of fuel pumps, so on stops, I need fuel; there is not ever any wait despite how busy this location is. After dark, the parking lot and fuel pumps are very well-lit, and it is a safe place to stop. My wife will often stop here late when she works a late shift at one of the local medical facilities on Jesse Jewell, and she has not ever had any issues or felt unsafe. The store has large, clean restrooms, and the store is well laid out so you can find what you need and get in and out quickly. Inside the store, the aisles are wide, and despite lots of people, you never feel crowded or rushed. QT offers a huge selection of different fountain drinks, frozen drinks, and hot coffee. In addition, they offer hot food items, pizza, roller grill items, and all the snacks you can wish for. The staff are always friendly and helpful if you find something needing stocking or replenishment. They work hard to keep the trash cleaned up and the store moving. The cashiers run very quickly and are normally operating two POS terminals to keep the lines moving. There is seldom any wait. When using Apple Pay, I can get in and out in less time than it takes at most other locations.

Disappointed if you're a traveling solo female this location should be avoided.Correction to the manager and employees of this QT who lied and called the cops saying I had been parked for a week .This was an absolute lie! As a seasonal traveler in this area for work since August this year .I have parked here maybe 4 times since August 2023. If you would have checked your cameras you would have seen this. I don't know why you all would call the cops then after one of you split my tire. Because I didn't leave. I was parked under the camera. I parked there for my safety apparently not even safe from you all.As a long time customer of qt. It has always been a safe place for me as a traveling solo female."a company that prioritizes the safety and well-being of its employees, customers and communities."

Charged 2 bucks for a small 99 cup of coffee was told the prices change...then the maintenance man driving the QT truck parks right behind me to where I could not maneuver out all the while hes standing there at the back of his truck watching me while puffing on his big ole cigar, so I had to get out and ask him respectfully" sir could you pull up a couple few so I can get out"...well he gets mad and says" I was going to be here awhile" ?literally throws the cones and buckets in the truck pulls forward then as I'm backing out he preceded to back up on me .what is wrong with people. I won't be back to this QT. Rude

Gas prices are great, store and parking lot are clean, bathrooms are in good condition.The gas pump and parking areas are well lit, and felt safe.
