i love QT but this was such a bad experience. i waited 20 minutes for my curbside order after it said it was on the way, only for the guy to not find me and not even call. just go back inside and leave my food. i had to unload my kids and go inside and grab my food. then when i got in the car, the pizza had almost no cheese on it & all the cheese was falling off the pizza. so i went back in, they kindly made me another, and then i get back in the car and realize the sauce i paid extra for wasn’t there.

I stop here frequently as it is right next to my office. They are always very courteous and offer any assistance necessary. Their QT Kitchen is quick and the food is cooked well. I have to say they overtook RaceTrac as my go to stop.

They installed new coffee machines about 2 months ago. I go here every morning for coffee (because Racetrack is closed to inside business ) 4 times now, and the coffee machines are all out of order.It seams that they are somehow connected to the McDonald's ice cream machines.1 time would be a hiccup 2 times would be a warranty issue.

The soap in the women’s bathroom smells worse than what I flushed down the toilet. I figured they would eventually change it out or something, but after a while it still smells the same. Bring your own soap lolEmployees are awesome tho!

Tile coming up on the floor in the ladies room. It's a trip hazard. Grout coming out around as well. Also I accidentally walked into the men's room first and the open stall saw vomit and mush full to the top er of the store of the bowl sinking in like it had been there a while. Also the lady's room floor had many forms of debris all over the floor, dustbunnies, dirt, bits of paper.Next when I went to go check out.At the service counter there were no scratch offs for sale threre. The mechanism that there stored in for sale has not even been put together so it can be used. And the big lotto machine in the corner of the store is broken as well. There were no napkins on either side of the area we were making our hot dogs on, the entire napkin metal holder was empty.

I loved buy in QuikTrip but this place don't have ANYTHING, the bathroom is nasty all is empty, don't have paper toilet, don't have napkins anywhere, the machine for lottery tickets don't work... Omg i really today have a very bad experience here ??

Got my wife an (un-sweet Raspberry tea). It had either mold or fungus floating in it. This was the second time at different locations. I reached out to customer support and received NO response. If it wasn't for the Horchata I'd never go back.

A very good place to have breakfast, however the Hispanic cooks are very rude when delivering the food, they look at you very badly and when they give it to you they throw it at you (literally) because that's how they do it, you can see that they don't like doing what they do. They do it and it surprises me that they are like that because the cashier and the other guys always greet you with a smile and a greeting. If it weren't for that, quick trip would be my favorite place to have breakfast.
