We were very pleased with their service. Harry returned my call within 24 hours. Gave me competitive pricing. And we was able to schedule quickly. My customer was very pleased with their professionalism. I will definitely use Harry and his team again for our next piano move.

Former employee here. I've seen him drop pianos more than once and make up reasons for why it's delayed for delivery and use tools and touch up dents dings etc . If you drop a piano it's pretty much ruined

Very professional - I was moving from Marietta, Ga to Franklin, NC. Moving is always stressful and the piano has special meaning to my daughter it was given to her by her father before he got sick, so it was important to find someone that has experience.

set up an appointment to move my piano into our new house and they never showed. tried calling and texting them and got no response after a confirmation was made with someone. I understand things happen but communicate with your customers. we sat there in an empty house with our one year old in the given window of 1 to 3 and then continued to wait past 4pm thinking maybe they are behind but nothing. just bad business and will not be recommending them to anyone. its 730pm and still havent heard from anyone so if you showed up at my house good, I'm glad I wasted your time like you did mine.

Harry was available, timely, and efficient. My piano is older and nothing too special or expensive, and in the process a piece of wood got nicked off. Since it was an old piano and age no doubt played a part, we agreed that a simple $10 gift card to home depot would cover any costs of repair products, and I could do the work myself. He agreed, and sent the card. I doubt many businesses stand behind their service as much as that. I'd recommend Harry to anyone.

Seriously impressed by this most professional instrument mover. My large 3-manual Allen drawknob Organ was handled with extreme care throughout all stages of the move and the movers were very speedy to reply to every one of my messages. Prices are extremely fair considering the professional service provided. Highly recommended, without a doubt!

Highly unprofessional. After waiting 2 and a half hours with them not picking up their phone, I got a text with a smiling emoji saying they would arrive 3 and a half hours late. They didn’t end up delivering the piano until 6 hours after the original time. I couldn’t get them to call me the whole time, as they would only text. When they arrived they gave no apology for the delay. I will definitely not use them again.

Outstanding work and reasonably priced. This company moves more than just pianos. We had a very large (7 ft x 16 ft) wooden dining table that weighs about 1200 lbs. there was no damage to the house or to the table and Harry and his team had to move the table in and out of the house 3 times (due to issues with home renovations)! Also, this is one of the few companies that carries the appropriate level of insurance for large specialty items without having to pay extra. And they charge a flat rate rather than by the hour. Highly recommend this company for moving needs.

Harry did an excellent job moving my piano. Apparently it's a super heavy model and I felt bad, but all went smoothly. He was patient as I debated the placement in the new house, and made helpful suggestions. I would definitely recommend this company.
