EDITED REVIEW from 1 start to 5 stars.Our company was put in a bad situation while working with overdrive when a former dispatcher at the time of accepting the load decided to send another carrier to pick it up without broker consent nor Forum ownership consent. Thanks to the professionalism of Brian Kelley, (the broker with Overdrive) he was able to find out what’s going on and bring to our attention. Needless to say that dispatcher was terminated immediately. Brian doing his job did issue our company a freight guard report to warn other brokers but after a thorough investigation has yet to remove this damning report. He has PAID us for a load that was on hold which we are thankful for and CONTINUES to answer my calls which is a blessing on its own. Undecided about the freight guard report for now, but praying for a CHRISTMAS MIRACLE that Mr Kelley would extend that chance by taking down his report so we start working back to the reputation we worked so hard for prior to this incident. So thank you Mr Kelley, regardless of how you decide to proceed with the Freightguard report. Happy Holidays and God Bless!!!!

Working at Overdrive Logistics a little bit over 90 days and I have to say that it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Everyone welcomed me the first day and treated me like family. They made coming to work joyful. Everyone from the bosses , accounting , HR , management , Dispatch team and all my other coworkers were so nice and respectful. If I did not have to move to Texas , I would not be leaving!! If you would like to join their team, DO IT NOW! You WILL NOT regret! Thank you Overdrive for giving me a chance!

I’ve interacted with OverDrive Logistics as a OTR truck driver and they provide consistent and stable loads for me and my colleagues. Whenever there is a problem at the Shipper, there’s always someone available to answer the phone and try to resolve the problem.

Our 1st experience and most likely last with this broker. Booked a load on Wednesday to load on Sunday. Upon check-in at the shipper we discovered that Overdrive double booked the load. Weekend dispatcher Stephanie and later supervisor Brian (sorry if spelled wrong) were very dismissive about the issue.

As a carrier in the transportation industry (ranger transport llc )we deal with alot of shady brokers .BUT I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT OVERDRIVE LOGISTICS.excellant company to do business with very professional and do what they say they are going to do.other brokers could learn alot from overdrive. I would haul for them anytime and go the extra mile ,because I know they will go the extra mile for us.

Great broker. We had a bad experience in Sysco in Lewisville, Tx to unload with 9 hour wait but broker paid every hour after 2 hours. Did no hesitate to pay. We as a carrier always struggle with brokers being fair. Im happy with this broker and recommend them to work with.
