Waste of time. Incompetent management and service. Scheduled an appointment for an alignment for a 2015 Ford Focus this morning. I specifically requested an alignment when I called to schedule the appointment earlier this morning.
My wife showed up early and waited 35 minutes just to be told they couldn’t do the alignment because their main technician wasn’t there to do an alignment. I was told my wife would have to come back Monday through Friday when their main alignment technician would be there.
Absolute waste of time. Do not recommend.

Honest and efficient! I highly recommend Stanley Page at Oakwood Tire for major & minor repairs- they saved me a bunch of money by being honest about what my Z71 really needed!

Finally an honest mechanic! Stanley and Oakwood Tire has taken care of several issues with our vehicles. A couple times it ended up being less than originally quoted. They will only fix what’s needed and will not add extra, unnecessary fixes to jack up the bill. We even referred my mom to them and they took great care of her as well. Highly recommend! The new Nittos on our truck look great!

amazing experience highly recommended. very quick and affordable tire plug for my truck. took less than 30 minutes. great staff, ask for Matt the incredible and underpaid manager ever to work at this facility. tell them David Orland Brown sent you!

every time that I come here, Between two different cars, the time for an oil change, engine mount replace, tire change, anything is what you expect, add 3/4 hours. But that was my fault for coming back and for waiting on them rather than leaving my car. So I thought, my oil needs changed and the pan needs replaced, I will drop my car off at 8 am and leave it all day until 5. Mind you, I called ahead and scheduled a day to get this done. I receive a call at 2:00 pm that they hadn’t started on my car and wouldn’t do it today. tomorrow. But I’m taking it to somebody else in my car will never be at Oakwood tire company again.

I went to Oakwood Tire on a Saturday morning because my tire was low. Turned out it had 3 nails in it! They were busy but kept me posted on the status of my car and took care of my tire before they closed. Staff was professional and friendly!

Staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the tires that were on my 4Runner. I asked them several questions and they were able to give me piece of mind that my tires were safe travel.

I’ve been so nervous about handling my Volvo’s repairs and stuff since my divorce and these guys were great! Informative and helpful and took care plus some. I’m headed back to get an oil change and will rely on them from now. Thanks so much!!!

I’m giving this place a five star for their great service. I had alignment issues in my tires and they were very uncomfortable when I am driving in certain speeds. I called them and they got me in the same day. They also informed me of the issues and letting me know the status and how long it will take and decent price. The waiting area is really comfortable and clean bathroom. Great customer service too! Overall I am very satisfied my car is running smoothly again. I highly recommend this place.

I would give Oakwood Tire Company a 10 if I could. The guys here, especially Stanley, were super nice and accommodating. I had my back breaks done and some other things. My car is driving great and the prices were great. Thank you guys so much for all your help. I will definitely be back!

I called b4 I came about a alert on my car and I came in for them to look at it and I walked in with no one in line ahead of me and was 2 men behind the counter for ten minutes did not once say may I help you? Or someone will be with you shortly nothing. Like I was a ghost. I have been coming here for years.Will not be back.Very unprofessional

I must say I had a very pleasant experience here. Seeing as I got a flat at the library and had to walk with my wheel here to get it patched. The guy who serviced me was super friendly and even gave me a ride back to my car. I forgot to ask his name. I would recommend going here. I got my tire patched by the way. Thank you

Needed 2 tires on my s550 and they were the only ones that carried my tire size and was ableTo put on that day and in great time! I had a great experience and the price was not bad thanks again for the great service.
