Northeast Georgia Gynecology is very attentive to the patients' needs and concerns. I have been a patient of Dr. Holly Coleman's for years, and she is wonderful.

After my recent OB-GYN moved to another county, I began to once again look into the HALL county area for a GYN provider. I was a patient at this clinic once and saw the nurse practitioner and Dr. Coleman (the owner). After four visits I left and never came back as the professionalism in this clinic is lacking. The staff left me in the room for an hour with out checking on me at all (I could pass out and no one would know), they were overbooked and medical assistants or techs were irritated and flustered, they switched up providers which leads to retelling your whole story over and over, had a classmate, who I didn’t want her to know my problems handle my file and contact me (which I verbally asked not to), and once I posted a negative review, Dr. Colman brought me into a room and made me feel guilty for posting a review and all the staff knew about it- even the phlebotomist said “we all know what you said!” when I came in the next day for blood work. The older receptionist looked at me with pity and everyone present made me feel uncomfortable for speaking up about their manners and practice of the Dr. The Dr.’s explanation and tone was more defensive then productive and her words were of “all clinics have long wait times,” which is not always true.Anyhow, beware that this is a new page and all previous negative reviews were removed.I had originally left a review of this office but was deleted due to the office changing and deleting their Google page which was around a 3.7 review average.

My first visit I knew it would not be my last, The presence of peace walking into the door I knew I would receive the treatment I needed as well as educating me on the science of treatment. From the front desk staff to seeing the provider. I knew I was in good hands and would receive the best care possible. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful experience

I have been seeing Dr. Burrell for about 2.5 years now. I have had no problems, exceptional service. I never have to wait when I make an appointment and come in. I trust Dr. Burrell and her team. I see the doc every 3 months religously.I know when I leave I will feel SO much better. (Check out Biote).So far it's been a great experience.

i am generally never the person to leave a negative review, but i am beyond frustrated. this office is the only one covered by my insurance, so i do not have a choice to leave and i have had NOTHING but negative experiences here. they are extremely unprofessional and do not communicate with patients and do NOT take care of things. the doctors are cold and treat you like you are incompetent, and are not helpful at all. if you have any other options, i would consider them before choosing this office.

I switched over to this office at the beginning of year. It has been a positive experience so far. I recently had some pain and was basically able to schedule the same day. Front desk staff are attentive and Dr. Barrell has been great so far, she literally sits down and listens to me. I appreciate not being a number and feeling like I matter.

I am new to the City and I randomly picked this office to take care of my female needs. Everyone here is wonderful from the front desk to the back staff and Doctor. I highly recommend to all ladies in the area.

Disappointed! I waited over an hour past my appointment time only to have the provider spend 10 minutes in the room. No exam, few questions asked. She just wrote a prescription and sent me out the door! Will not be back and would not recommend this practice.

To be fair I have only had an initial consultation and blood work done in this office. My wife also had a follow-up appointment at the same time. I was present with her during the physicians consultation. I have never in my life had a doctor take so much time and provide so many details as to continuing treatment. she was kind enough to even discuss several issues that I had regarding bioidentical drugs and hormones. This is a gynecological office but they do treat men as well. My wife and I both found that the physicians and staff in this office we're absolutely wonderful and we are so incredibly happy that we have found a physician's office with such incredible and caring staff! Five stars all the way.
