A business’ integrity is measured by how it treats its customers and how it performs in the community. North Hall Tire and Wheel recently performed some work on my truck. Although the work was completed after a few unexpected hurdles, some shortcuts were made that were not up to my expectations nor that of management’s standards. I pointed out these minor concerns to one of the owners, Mike Murberger. Mike made ZERO excuses for the situation and IMMEDIATELY proceeded to rectify the problem. He made an appointment for me to bring in my truck so that these minor concerns could be addressed. He made sure that my truck was repaired to his specifications and to my liking. As Mike said, he hires humans. And as we both agreed, humans make mistakes. Mike corrected a situation that he could have declined to fix. Mike was attentive, courteous and professional. And because of Mike and a few other professionals working for him, I will continue to take my vehicles to their shop. I will also continue to recommend them to others. So, if you were hesitant about this shop, don’t be. They are truly a professional organization. Mike, thank you for everything. I am beyond satisfied with your service. Five stars all the way!

Great place, service was awesome, very friendly staff, i went there to do an Alignment after installing a small lift on my truck and they were right on point.
They did test drive the vehicle before and after to make sure everything was good.
Went for a 2nd Visit for another car and as always great service.

Call them on Thursday for a set of 37/12.50/17 they told me they were going to be 2 day out. Well they came in Friday was mounted and balanced and a alignment all in about 1.5 hours thank you north hall tires

DO NOT!! go to north hall for any tire service they have the worse people working for them. I took my Tahoe for rotate and balance and alignment and they mess up all my brand new wheels. Worse thing is that I took the car to show them and they said that I hit the curve but what a co-incident that it’s all four wheels. Will Never go back to them again BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE.

We had a flat tire on the way to Atlanta. We put the spare tire on and drove to North Hall Tire. They got us in and out quickly and didn't charge us to patch the tire. Very nice people too. We recommend them highly!

100% will go back and send everyone who asks. I drove past countless tire shops to get to these guys and would do it again, best experience with a shop hands down especially with my car. I drive an older (2011) Mercedes and constantly being told everything is going to cost extra and I have to enlist the help of my dad and uncle every time but was so happy a friend recommended these guys. Never once felt bulldozed in to something I didn’t need, they accommodated everything (tires, oil change and alignment) next day and I was back on the road same day. I’ll be going back because of the prices were more than fair for sure but the experience alone would be enough to bring me back.
