“We were so incredibly impressed with Armando at Verizon Oakwood. The day before we had gone to a corporate store and asked for help to upgrade my phone and transfer it to our daughter. We left disappointed because the sales person was more interested in selling us a new line or new plan than helping with what I asked. “Absolutely floored at the service I received - you can hardly go anywhere these days and just get something done. But it happened here! The CPR Flowery Branch location didn't have the part needed to fix my older phone's charger port, so they called this location, and the associate Wan (sp?) gave me a great deal AND fixed it same day, within a couple of hours! These guys saved me HUNDREDS on having to buy a new phone. It works perfectly!
