My salesperson, Trey was super kind, engaged, and professional. Thank you Trey!! The unfortunate reasoning for my low review is the new used-car manager’s attitude, and the work ethic of a few others. When I went and looked at the used corolla I wanted, the rear fender had some decent scrapes and rust, as well as the seats where in very rough shape. I expressed that these where the only reasons I was hesitant on the car, to which I was informed they would be replacing the seats with leather, Doing a deep detail, sanding the rust, and painting it over which I was informed there would be no use of paint pens, and it would look 99.9% new. I was very transparent that I did not want it scribbled over with a paint pen, I wanted it to look decent, and no rust or exposed metal that could rust if I was to buy it. They agreed with these terms and I bought the car, making the mistake of not getting everything in writing. They replaced the leather seats, which looked awesome, I was super excited about the leather seats so thank you for that! However when the car got painted I got it back looking like it had been scribbled over with a paint pen (see pictures below) When I reminded them of what they had told me earlier the managers response was that to fix it would cost them way too much and that he would not be doing it. They already have a line of people waiting for this car so they can either touch it up, detail it, and throw in 2 free tanks of gas, or I could give it back, which unfortunately wasn’t an option due to certain circumstances with my last vehicle. After they “touched it up” and “detailed it” the paint looked the same and there was granola all over the inside of my car, which was not there when I dropped it off, as well as paint on the interior and it didn’t look like it had even been wiped down. When I mentioned the 2 free tanks of gas before I left, they toped my car off and left it at that. i didn’t even get a full tank of gas. I was really disappointed. I had heard so many good things about them and I am super bummed it ended the way it did.

This is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. Mark Doyle was truly awesome. He answered all my questions and there were no pressure what so ever. He kept me informed about what was going on from start to finish. This is one place that has my business for the rest of my life.Also the gentleman in finance I apapolgie I think his name was Derek. He was wonderful to me. And the cookie man was amazing. Please please go to only this dealership. Thank you

I just got a new Highlander & this was my first visit. It was crowded so my hopes of it being a quick experience were out the door. The lady who came out to help me said it could be 1.5 to 2 hours but I could get comfortable in the lobby. The lobby is large, well decorated with a variety of comfortable seating, an enclosed play area for children, & a coffee/snack bar area. It was quite pleasant. I got a phone call updating me on what my car needs, & then a text so I could follow its progress. An hour later I got a call that it was ready to go. Im very pleased with my experience!

Went to Milton Martin Toyota for an oil change. They were packed and there were several vehicles in front of me but I was in and out in about an hour. Waiting room was comfortable and had coffee and snacks available. Overall great experience.

disappointed.my ex wife bought corolla from this place back in 2022 I believe.anyway the battery gave out.she called the dealer asking if she had any type of warranty on the battery.they told her yes it's got 84month warranty in it.brought the battery in.said they couldn't do nothing about it instead they try to sell a battery for almost 300$ battery $279.95 to b exact.if I would of known this in the beginning I would of got some kind of coverage on the battery.any way like I said am just disappointed.i know u guys could of help out with this small complaint.now the car is driving with a donor battery that doesn't even sit righ inside the engine bay

My wife bought car from them and there was scratch on car and they promised me that they will send me something to apply which will take care of it we bought car in may and since than every week they make excuses but haven’t received anything from them don’t take their words for granted worst experience will never recommend anyone to buy car from them

I had an interesting experience with the online sales team dealing with Andy Trutan. I was negotiating the purchase of a vehicle they have had on the lot for a few weeks. Between the "resist all" fee and their doc fee (which on Autotrader says it's included), they were all over the place on price. At one point the car went up almost $2,000 on list price overnight. ?, then over the weekend they dropped the price.
One minute $50,687 was their all in, then it's $50,249 + $499 doc fee. Like wait, you just dropped the price $2,000 online but the best deal you can do is MORE than it was 4 days ago when the price went up $2,000?
Talk about a confusing experience. The Car Fax was an interesting transfer of the car around, sold online 5.5 months ago, was title in Georgia 3 months ago, then ended up here several months later for sale. The sales guy never did answer my questions about the car history.
I probably dodged a bullet. I would not do business with this dealership as they are often called. ?. Looks like the general consensus is that they used to be an honest dealership but they have become a shady business place.
