Absolutely do not do business with Milton Martin Honda. Especially if you are female. On a Friday, We brought our 2017 Honda Pilot with 80k miles on it, to their repair shop for assessment. Our car was showing an emissions and transmission error and showed signs that something was wrong. After their assessment they called to tell us the car needed a new transmission for $6500. (For a 2017?!?) they told us they needed to order the transmission from California and it would take a week to arrive. Over the weekend we researched other options to potentially get a second opinion and just get the transmission repaired as opposed to replacing it entirely. First thing Monday morning, We called and said that we wanted to take it to another shop for a second opinion. They then told us that we owed them a 20% restocking fee for the transmission part that had been ordered. That was their first attempt at trying to get us to pay and/or keep our car in their shop. After a few hours of getting more advice we called back to let them know we were on our way to get our vehicle. We arrived around noon and discovered that the transmission part had arrived on Saturday and that same day they began taking our car apart without notifying us. They also offered to take over $1,000 off the price (another attempt to get us to keep our car there and spend the money). At this point, we demanded to see our car and saw that it was already in fact disassembled. (5 hours after we notified them we wanted to take it elsewhere for a second opinion). With extreme frustration we demanded they put our car back together and refused to pay the restocking fee. The salesman we worked with (MATT MCKINLEY) got his manager to speak with us. The manager did not go into any detail about what had happened- but told us they would put the car back together and waive the fee. Clearly signaling that they were in the wrong. Two days later we were able to FINALLY have the car towed to Oakwood Transmission and the speed sensor was replaced in the transmission for $418. We were almost conned into spending 6k dollars!! They should know better than to treat people like this- especially if we do not have car knowledge. The fact that we are two females made it even more frustrating. We do not recommend using this business for ANYTHING. We thought we were in good hands with what seemed like a trustworthy local business, but we were wrong. You will be ripped off. Females beware!

Dont try and sell maintenance plans if your not gonna honor them for as long as you say. i was told i had a 4 yr maintenance plan and 14 months later they say its nk more. Pretty pissed off definitely will never come back and will let all social media know about it.

Worst car buying experience ever and I'm 50. THEY SOLD ME A LEMON 8 MONTHS AGO. BEEN STUCK IN THIS POS CAR WITH NO SERVICE AND TRANSMISSION HAS LEFT ME AND MY CHILDREN IN DANGEROUS INTERSECTION!! HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. OWNER SAID THEY WILL ONLY FIX UP TO 100 $ WORTH ONLY. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!

I made an appointment to have my brake pads changed (a 30-60 minute job). After waiting 2 hours I went to the door that leads from the waiting room to the shop and took a picture of my car through the window in the door. The picture was a snapchat to show my dad that is was still being worked on; not that it matters. A lady in the office by the entrance to the shop demanded that I delete the picture and asked who I was (a German spy obviously). I'm not sure what inspired her aggression or why she "couldn't have me taking pictures of her shop," but I was still in the customer area and taking a photo of my own car. In my experience, an aggressive need for privacy indicates there's something to hide. Everyone else was great, but being reprimanded for taking a photo of my own vehicle left a bad taste in my mouth.

Do not buy a car here. They fail to tell you the truth. Dan who works in the finance Department totally screwed us!! The sales Reps need training on what needs to get done, not just selling cars!! Details are key!! I'd stay far away from this place.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I drove out here from California because they had a great used car that I had been looking for for sale here. I called and worked with Brian Whalen and would highly recommend him. He answered all my questions over the phone, was super helpful before he had even met me (over the phone), and even did some extra stuff for me like take extra pictures of underneath the car, and he took time out of his lunch to help me. Everyone in the dealership that I interacted with was super friendly, genuine, helpful, and kind. I had a great experience with this dealership, and wouldn't hesitate to drive all the way out here again from Los Angeles.
