Great place to get serviced in and out no problem. Would have gave 5 stars if it wasn’t for the heavy set receptionist guy. Said weird and unnecessary things. He told the other driver that I was saying bye to that “You got to know how to talk to these boys” not sure what kind of boys he meant. I’m not a boy first I’m a man and did you mean the other driver has to know how to talk to black guys. Not saying he is or isn’t racist but seems like he goes over and beyond to not seem as he is but it still comes across as he is. Sometimes when you don’t know what to say just say nothing. Less is more in certain situations. Just a weird interaction with that guy with the overly use of brother and other similar things.

Horrible people to do business they swapped out an engine for me that they didn’t torque it down properly so I ha had motor mount failure and the engine almost fell out of the truck. They refuse to stand behind their mistake so that $12,000.00 bill was on me. They also replaced the entire dpf system without my knowledge which cost me $20,665.00. Ever since I got the truck back it’s been problem after problem. I’ve had to take it back to them 4 times in an 8 month period. Nothing was ever under warranty. Even when they told me something was under warranty. I’d get a surprise bill later on. These people did me dirty, and I got the documents and witnesses to prove it. A lawyer is my next step.

Been to three kenworks in the last seven weeks,first birmingham truckworks kenworth,second was ohio, next was gainsville Ga. Mhc kenworth they where the only ones who got it right. Jenifer listened very well to my problem she was very helpful and kept me up to date on all my issues. There mechanic's where very thorough and double checked each other so finally after seven weeks I got a new motor and got a new def system that I can count on not to leave me stranded after one load. Thank you very much MHC kenworth of gainsville Ga for helping me get back to supporting my family.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Kenworth GAINSVILLE, GA. Mechanic to Service writer were great professional and helpful very nice people to deal with. Mechanic did great job would recommend. Took me right in did the job out in 6hrs was fantastic to get me rolling much appreciated. 1 thing though $240 an hour I know it's the grubby investors but 250k for the truck then it breaks then $240 a hour.Hope the mechanic gets half that( yeah right)and always a warranty loop hole.

The service department is very professional, my rep, Tori, was very helpful and got the repair done in a timely manner, the mecanic, Daryl is a knowledgeable old timer that does things THE RIGHT WAY!!! great experience!

I took truck in for a code in diagnostic.They found the issue.After a few mishaps they got it took care of.I would recommend them.

Very dishonest place to take your truck. They screw with you for months to get any warranty back on parts giving you deceiving excuses to frustrate you for mints so they don’t have to take responsibility and the manager is a useless clown that won’t even come to answer the phone. You’ll be better off not using any of the MHC dealers

Travis manager, Cole night-time service writer. And Levi truck tech as well as Tori truck tech all came thru on a truck that sat 6 months on a financial hold. MHC has always been good to deal with. Herein Gainesville and in Charlotte NC. I am grateful for Gainesvilles' dedication!

I would like to personally thank MHC for they're spectacular service. Both Jimmy and Gustavo handled my orders with professional attention and also great conversations. Felt like I was goin to an old town hardware store with the hospitality that I received. These guys done everything they told me the were goin to do as far getting my parts. Awesome job MHC.
