There's never any discounts or loyal customer incentives. I've been with Metro for over 5 years and that doesn't seem to matter to this company. I understand getting new customers in. What about the loyal customers, who have been consistent with the company. Loyal customers money matters as well.

Erika is such a blast from the past and excellent customer service. So I rarely do these surveys and she broke my cherry lol great way to do your job regardless of your day, seems to me that wouldn't matter. Have a blessed rest of the day ??

The 2 young females are rude.Also, I spent almost $300 a couple weeks ago, paid for price for a new OnePlus N10. Got it home, it was signed into SOMEONE'S else's Facebook account.. so how does a "New" phone be signed into a facebook account?!

This store stole my debt card information. I hadn't used my card in over a week then I use it here to purchase my phone, an 3 hours later my account was wiped. Coincidence I hardly think not. An the fact they take the card behind the counter to swipe it. Damn thieves will the two younger females that work there anyhow
